I can't believe it's officially winter! A few weekends ago when it wasn't freezing, I was walking around Avalon (outdoor mixed use shopping center) and saw someone wearing the matching Lululemon waffle set in Heathered Mink Berry and it looked so good on her. I knew I would not be able to pull off a oversized hoodie and wide leg pants because short people problems, but I was curious to see if Lululemon's Heathered Graphite Gray was a good match with Athleta's Charcoal Heather.
For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size PXS in Athleta and size XS/S in Lululemon.
From the close up of the two together, it's close, but not exactly a match. Lululemon's Graphite Gray is slightly darker and the waffle knit is also smaller. They are both soft and super comfortable against the skin.
From the side I think this looks like a very casual and comfy outfit. I don't think I would wear the two pieces together since the joggers are a little baggy from the side. It's either you wear a fitted top and a loose bottom or vice versa. However, I would wear these to lounge around the house in or maaaaybe as a travel outfit? 😅
Does anyone else's hoodie do this from the back? Sometimes mine doesn't lay flat. Slightly annoying, but not terrible. Let me know what you think of this un-matching set. 😂 If you want to read full in-depth fit review for both items I'll add them at the end of this post.
