I'm the kind of person who likes to have yogurt with granola or fresh strawberries mixed in. It's fast and easy and I don't really have to prepare anything. For the longest time I used to buy Yoplait but quickly switched to Target's brand Simply Balanced because of the sugar content. Yoplait has 18 grams of sugar per serving while Simply Balanced has 14 grams. I'm always looking for a way to cut back on my sugar intake. I have a serious sweet tooth.
