Petite Impact

Happy Friday! I also can't believe it's already October. I don't know how this year is flying by so quickly, but it is. In case you missed it, I posted up a WMTM update with the new Align Tank in Chambray .  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size 4 in Lululemon tops. Scuba Oversized 1/2 Zip  Violet Verbena Size XS/S I was really excited to try the  Scuba Oversized 1/2 Zip  hoodie in violet verbena. It's currently sold out in this color, but the new heathered desert teal looks really nice too. This is definitely oversized, it's also very wide and boxy which I didn't love. The arms are very long and wide on my petite frame. I think the proportion of this hoodie is a little too overwhelming especially from certain angles.  This hits at the hip for me. The length is fine. The hood is very oversized as well. I think if they made this in a size smaller it may be more flattering for petites. The fabric is

Happy Friday! I am super excited to share these photos with you all. I can't decide which one I like more. Help me decide which one to keep! For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size 4 in Lululemon, but for the Hooded Define Jacket I need to size up to a 6.  Hooded Define Jacket Diamond Dye Stargaze Size 6 First off I will start by saying they both feel buttery silky smooth. I do not find one to be softer than the other. Also there is a pink tint to the photos, I think that was just the lighting in my condo, it's not tinted pink in real life. Both jackets are pure gray toned colors. They both fit exactly the same and this jacket runs small. I do need to size up in this jacket. I'm normally a size 4 in the regular Define Jacket. I find this jacket to be most comfortable in the nulu fabric. The sleeve length is long, but it isn't too bad when I use the thumbholes. It actually feels like the right length.

Happy Friday everyone! Here's some quick photos from earlier this week when I dropped by the store. I did receive my Still Lotus Wrap Reversible in the mail but haven't been able to take photos. I will do so this weekend for sure. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and typically a size 4 in tops and bottoms unless otherwise noted. Still Lotus Wrap Reversible  Size XS Absolutely love the drape on the wide collar. I actually really love this wrap. Am definitely keeping this one. I also ordered the wrap in the lilac but don't think I can pull it off even though it's very pretty. The black/gray is really easy to wear and pretty much goes with everything in my wardrobe. The sleeves are long on us petite gals, but I see no issue with folding it up into a chunky cuff. I think that works well with this style.  The reverse side is a charcoal medium gray. Hope everyone had a great weekend! I can't believe it will be September in 7 days and Labor Day weekend will be upon us. Summer is almost over and it makes me sad, but I am looking forward to wearing cozy wraps like the  Exaltation Wrap I tried on at the store today! Exaltation Wrap Code Blue/True Navy One Size This wrap is made of super soft merino wool. I don't think I would wear this out, but it would be great for lounging indoors on a chilly fall day with a cup of tea. This is one of those items I would never think to buy, but once I tried it on it is totally on my wish list. The price is steep, $128 so I will try and wait for this to go on WMTM.  This wrap is also reversible but I prefer wearing it this way, the other way looks to be too long for a petite person.
