Petite Impact

  Since there was no upload yesterday and Christmas falls on Friday, I've bumped up this week's Fit Review Friday to Wednesday. 😁 Normally I would also write up a Christmas wishlist, but this year I kind of feel like I have everything I need, and I really don't want anything except to be able to see my friends and family again in NYC. I also want everyone to stay safe and healthy until we can all gather again.  So with that I'll continue on with my usual review. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size XXS/XS/PXS in Athleta. I'm also a size 4 in Lululemon tops.  Cozy Sherpa Reversible Jacket Navy XXS Last year I reviewed this jacket and passed on it. The cut was just slightly too boxy and wide, but I did like it. This year it looks like Athleta updated the fit and it is now less boxy and I do find it to be more flattering. Hope everyone had a nice relaxing weekend. I sure needed one badly after the week I had. I went for a mani-pedi at the nail salon near me and got a massage. That was my relaxation time.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size 4 in Lululemon tops. For Athleta this translates to XXS/XS/PXS depending on the style and fit.  Triumph Printed Hoodie Camo Size XS I really liked how this looked on the hanger so I grabbed it to try on. This is a size XS. For hoodies I realize I prefer them to be a little looser fitting these days. I think overall the XS fits well. The camo print is a little large, I think I definitely prefer Lululemon's version of camo.  The sleeves are a little bit long, the one main thing I do not like about this hoodie is how long the sleeve cuffs are. They're also not very soft and flexible. I will say the quality of this hoodie doesn't feel up to par with Scuba Hoodies or Lululemon hoodies in general.  Athleta

Happy Friday everyone! Now that it is freezing here in Atlanta, I'm naturally gravitating towards anything soft and cozy. I've been wearing my Tugga Sherpa Jacket a lot and loving how warm it is. I haven't worn my down jackets yet. I want to see if the sherpa turns out to be the warmer of the two. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically size PXS/XXS in Athleta tops. Cozy Sherpa Reversible Jacket Spring Night  Size XXS I actually really like this sherpa jacket as well. It's very comfortable and warm. The cut is wide and boxy but it still looked flattering on my short torso. And by flattering I mean in a cute teddy bear way.  The sleeves are long and poofy, but it naturally comes with the sherpa territory. The one thing I didn't like is the wide black zipper.
