Review! Rothy's Ivy Sneaker

Happy Friday! We made it through another week. I've been looking for a pair of low profile sneakers. I've been eyeing a few other brands, but settled on Rothy's to try first because of the color and price. At $145 these aren't exactly cheap, but I was eyeing another pair that was $100 more! 😳 It made Rothy's look reasonable.  For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in sneakers.  Ivy Sneaker ReVelvet Wren Size 5.5 When I took these out of the box, I could tell right away they were going to be a bit narrow. I had to loosen up all the laces and swapped out my thick socks for a pair of thin socks. That was the only way I could get these on. My thick Bombas socks were too much of a struggle.  Other than being slightly narrow, everything else was a perfect fit.  Rothy's ships their shoes in just the cardboard box to be more environmentally friendly. There's minimal packaging. No plastic bag, just the box and tissue liner. Ivy Sneaker ReVelvet Wren Size 5.5 I di...

New Releases Week of August 18th 2026

Not much new from Lulu this week, but the price for the Fast & Free tank is an eye popper. 😳 Athleta has a lot of new items that I've added to my cart. Will wait until there's a sale before I place an order. Same with Banana Republic. I am liking the Cropped Denim Trench Coat. I think it could work! And it's a little different from the typical denim jacket that everyone has out right now. Anything for you this week? Dance Studio Evolve LR OS Pant True Navy (Even at 28" it's still too long for me.) Super Swiftly SS Shirt Dusty Diamond Cotton Blend Pique SS Polo Shirt White/True Navy Fast & Free Tank Top Orange Punch (Are we really paying $100 for a tank top now? 😖) Zenmode Mule Toasted Pink (NGL I still want to try these!) New From Athleta Forever Fleece Full Zip Sweatshirt - updated fit! Gray Heather Coaster Luxe Open Cardigan Ash Midday Cropped Poplin Shirt Nocturnal (I may have to get this!) Allure Long Jacket Nocturnal (This also looks amazing!) Coast...

Go Forth Goods Small and Original Handleless Jane Comparison Review!

I can't believe we are in the middle of August. This is the time of year where things start to speed up fast. Before you know it, it'll be Labor Day and then Halloween! I am looking forward to fall. It's my favorite time of the year. With the cooler temperatures, I will gravitate to my darker browns and red bags.  This post will compare the baby Handleless Jane versus the regular Handleless Jane. I initially wanted The Row 90's bag , but decided it was too small and the straps were not removable which is a deal breaker for me. Then I saw Go Forth Goods had a similar style to the 90's bag, and is also bigger. I decided to give it a try. Watch my video to see what fits! From Left to Right Original Wine Handleless Jane and Small Saddle Handleless Jane For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall.  Small Handleless Jane in Chestnut If you're new to Go Forth Goods, they do have a Jane with handles. It comes with a crossbody strap as well. Some customers didn't li...
