Review! Rothy's Mary Jane Golden Gingham & Kid's Rose Double Stitch Loafer

Happy Friday My husband and I have been renovating the bedroom. It's something we've been talking about doing for two years and it's finally happening! So far we have repainted all four walls, pulled up the carpet and now the flooring is about to be put in. (Jared is mainly doing this all himself I'm just helping out where I can.) After that we are finally upgrading our bed from a full size to king size. I cannot wait!!! New nightstands, new rug and then I think we're done. Would you guys be interested in seeing a post on this renovation? Let me know. So this purchase goes back to my 40th birthday. It actually goes even further back, fall of last year when I first saw them pop up on Rothy's website. I fell in love immediately with the Golden Gingham . At the time I thought, I've got no where to go wearing these pretty shoes so I put them off to the back of my wishlist. My first pair of Mary Jane's was purchased February of 2020 and I loved wearing them

Review! Bohemian Island Harem Pant!

Hey all you cool cats and kittens. Sorry, just wanted to say that once! I binged Tiger King and it is a crazy mini documentary series. How is everybody doing? My weekend has been pretty relaxing. I finished a puzzle, it only took me two days. I am sort of a puzzle nerd. There's just something so satisfying about snapping a piece into the right place. This is Hogwarts Castle and it's also glows in the dark!  On to today's review. My husband sent me a link to a website called bohemian island . He tells me, "I came across these pants from one of my friends and the company also donates 10% of their proceeds to helping stray dogs in Thailand." So of course I had to go look. I decided to review these now since everyone is looking for comfy bottoms to wear at home. It's so crazy to me that I haven't worn work clothes in over a month. I think we are heading into week 5 of stay at home order. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typical

Fit Review! Rothy's Kids Loafer Metallic Lattice Stitch

Happy Friday! How is everyone feeling so far? I'm a little sad the the holiday season is coming to an end. I know after this weekend it will be back to business as usual. Does anyone have any New Year resolutions? I've been thinking about them for quite a bit and will be discussing mine in the next post. For today I have a review of Rothy's kids loafers in their holiday metallic lattice stitch which is unfortunately sold out already. I was lucky enough to snag a pair. I have really small feet and can fit into kids shoes. Rothy's women's loafer is actually too big even in the smallest size. The kids version fits me perfectly. For reference I wear a size 5 in Rothy's The Point . I fit a size 4 in  Rothy's Kids Loafer . I also wear a size 5.5 in Allbirds Women's Tree Breezers .  Rothy's Kids Loafer  Size 4 Enjoy $20 off your first purchase with code  WELCOME20 . Right out of the box, the metallic lattice stitch is mes

Fit Review! Birkenstock's Kids Mayari & Gizeh

Happy Friday everyone! Some of you probably noticed that I haven't had any photo shoots in my apartment lately. I've been trying to refrain from ordering online and to visit the stores more. I am however waiting for my Nordstrom anniversary order to arrive. This week I haven't been able to get to a store for some try ons, but I do have a quick review of these Birkenstock sandals in kids sizes. I normally fit a size 5 in shoes, a size 5.5 in sneakers. For Birkenstock kids I fit a size 34. These are really stylish sandals for kids and I'm pretty surprised at how comfortable they are. I have normal width feet and these only come in narrow, but they're meant to fit narrow/normal width. Birkenstock Gizeh   The adult version costs $100. The price is $60 for the kid size. The difference in price is decent. The comfort level is out of this world. I feel like these are made for your feet. The mocha color is a medium dark brown that also goes nicely with the cor

Fit Review! Kids Rothy's Loafer and Sneaker

After receiving my Rothy's copper pointy flats , I wanted to give the kids loafer  and sneaker  a try. For reference I fit a size 5 in women's pointed toe flats . For kids sizes I fit a 3 in the  sneaker  and size 4 in the  loafer . My normal shoe size is 5, sometimes 5.5. White Rainbow - Kids Size 3 Enjoy $20 off your first purchase with code  WELCOME20 . I really love the  White Rainbow  sneakers and they arrived just in time for Pride month! I'm pretty excited to try these out. It's been rainy all weekend. 😕 Hopefully I can wear them out next weekend.  Kids Red Zebra Loafers Size 4 I'm actually very impressed with the loafer. It's too bad my husband hated the red zebra print. He said it reminded him of a bad 70's rug. 😆 I returned these but I am hoping they restock the Navy Crest Loafer in a size 4.  Kids Navy Crest Loafer Kids Sneaker Deep Navy (Also like these as well.) Fit Review Friday! K-Deer Sophia Stripe

Happy Friday everyone!  I didn't go to a store this week for new Lulu items since their upload was so disappointing.  Today we have K-Deer Sophia stripe leggings.  I don't think I've ever fully did a proper review on K-Deer leggings with photos.  Normally I stay away from stripe anything, but I find these tights to actually lengthen my legs.  They're seriously amazing! For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and wear a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms. Sophia Stripe Leggings Size Large in Kids Let me start by saying I've never tried the women's version of these leggings.  I've read reviews that they are very high waisted and I knew right off that bat I wouldn't like wearing them.  Since I'm on the petite side, I opted to try their kids sizes instead. I debated between the large and x-large but ultimately went with the large based on the size chart.  The large fits a 26-28 inch waist.  My waist is around 26 inches.  The only thing I worried abo
