Petite Impact

Happy Friday all!  Yesterday I went to the store mainly looking for 3 things, the new herringbone Define, brave olive Swiftlies and Ready to Rulu Pant.  Two out of three isn't bad I guess!  So here we go, the first thing I saw was the Speed Short in rose blush.  I think I may be addicted to this color. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size 4 in tops and bottoms unless otherwise noted. Speed Short in Rose Blush I can't seem to get enough of this pink dusty mauve/rose blush color.  Plus pink and green always look great together in my opinion!  Brave olive looks really good paired with the rose blush.   One negative so far is it sort of shows wrinkles easily, but I think after a wash and a nice fold it should be fine. The fit is true to size for me.  It made my bum look decent I think and it wasn't too baggy as some of the other Speed Shorts I've tried on.  So yes, I took these home with me.   Swiftly Short Sleeve in Brave Ol

I did go to the store today and tried on some new items.  I'll have a fit review posted for tomorrow!  While I was at the mall, I quickly checked the WMTM and totally scored a pair of Sun Runner Crops!  Woo Hoo!!!  I'm pretty excited about those.  I've been eying them and then they sold out before I pulled the trigger.  Somehow, they are miraculously back in stock!  Grab em while you can!  I have a fit review of them here in boom juice . Now that I've been back home for a couple of days, I wanted to share some photos from my trip over the last 2 weeks.  Traveling is fun, but I really missed sleeping in my bed and being able to control the air conditioner at night.  I can't sleep unless it's 72 degrees or cooler.  Anyone else out there with me on this?  My body generates so much heat when I'm sleeping. Times Square at night. Sometimes I do miss NYC, but most of the time I really don't.  One of my biggest complaints is the air pollution.  It's pretty disgusting when you combine the heat, humidity and the cigarette smoke from everyone walking around the streets in the summer.  It actually made my asthma spike along with allergies I get in the northeast.  I'm still recovering from it. This is my 92 year old grandma. I love my grandma dearly which is why I go back to New York to visit as often as I do.  She's getting up there in age and at 92 years old, how many more chances

Pretty big upload, but unfortunately not a lot that I'm liking!  I really do love a dark olive green since it goes really nice with my asian skin tone, but I think I would only wear the Swiftly racerback the most.  Since the price hike at $58 I really would have to love it.  I guess I can order it and see.  I also really like the new Define Jacket in herringbone.  And where are the Florence Speed Tights?!  I decided I probably wouldn't want them after seeing the crotch seam in a recent photo, but I would still like to try them on.  Anything for you guys tonight?
