Fit Review Friday! Still Lotus Wrap Reversible, Hooded Define Jacket, Scuba Hoodie

Happy Friday everyone! Here's some quick photos from earlier this week when I dropped by the store. I did receive my Still Lotus Wrap Reversible in the mail but haven't been able to take photos. I will do so this weekend for sure.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and typically a size 4 in tops and bottoms unless otherwise noted.

Absolutely love the drape on the wide collar.

I actually really love this wrap. Am definitely keeping this one. I also ordered the wrap in the lilac but don't think I can pull it off even though it's very pretty. The black/gray is really easy to wear and pretty much goes with everything in my wardrobe. The sleeves are long on us petite gals, but I see no issue with folding it up into a chunky cuff. I think that works well with this style.

The reverse side is a charcoal medium gray. Also very easy to wear. Both sides work equally well whereas I thought lilac didn't work so much on the lilac side. It looked better on the mulberry side.  I'll have photos coming up soon. The weight is nice and thick. It definitely feels heavy and substantial. Does not feel itchy to me at all. It does feel really soft and cozy. I say this one is a keeper.

Next up this Scuba Hoodie is currently on mark down. I'm wearing a size 4. The mauve color is nice and the pattern reminds me of the falling leaves. Ultimately I wasn't completely in love so I passed on this one. I also have way too many Scuba Hoodies and don't really need another. It is very pretty though.

Last- this Hooded Define Jacket caught my eye. I own one Hooded Define Jacket and am really eyeing the mini dusk floral that's on mark down for $89. I take a size 6 in this jacket and the fit is perfect.

While I did like this one a lot, I didn't take this home with me. It's not quite as soft since it's textured.

That's all for me! Have a great weekend everybody!

  1. Really like the wrap on you! Agree the sleeves are quite long. Still looks nice! I like the black contrast on the inside of the hooded define. Also looks good on you. I wish I had seen the mini dusk floral pattern on the define irl. I’m also eyeing the hooded define in that pattern on wmtm. Not sure if I would like the pattern and wmtm is a final sale item :( Thanks for
    The fit review!

    1. Thanks! I'm still debating the Hooded Define on WMTM. It will probably sell out in my size soon. Might be better off for my wallet.

  2. Does anyone know when the glitter and foil products come out?

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
