New Fit Review! Athleta Getaway Linen Blend Muscle Tank and Allure Shirt Jacket

Weekends just go by way too fast. Two days feels like one. 😓 I think three day weekends should be the norm. Athleta's Friends & Family sale is still going on and they are now adding an extra 10% discount on top! There are some amazing deals to be had.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size PXS in Athleta's tops and bottoms. I also wear size 4/6 and XS/S in Lululemon.

(on sale 30% off plus extra 10%)

I've been eyeing this shirt jacket (shacket) for a while now. I have a longer length version of this from last year but the shorter length would be more practical for warmer weather. I was debating between Bone or Cacti, I was actually leaning towards Bone, but Jared really wanted me to buy this in Cacti. How could I say no? 😊 This shacket is super comfortable and I love the way the fabric feels. It almost feels like a smooth sweatshirt material, similar to Seasoft and Softstreme, except it feels plushy and not brushed.

It's casual enough for me to wear on the weekends with jeans and shorts but I could also pull this off with a pair of pants for the office. That's what I really love about Athleta, their clothes can often pull double duty.

This shacket does come in petite sizing, but I really like the length in the XXS. The sleeves are a tad long, but I fear that it would be too cropped if I got it in petite.

Next up, I wanted to replace some of my tanks that were starting to look a little worn out and I have one of these tanks in Navy from last season and it's been a staple for warmer weather. I'm wearing size small, but if you prefer a more fitted look, get your usual size. Note that it is slightly sheer.

(on sale $27 plus extra 10% off!)

The store didn't have size XS so I ended up placing an order online.  I'll have an updated fit review coming up when I get it. That's it for me! I hope you all have a wonderful start to a brand new week.

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...
