    1. Hi! I don't believe so. If you look at the second photo, you can see the rubber tab on the left and the strap is the extended strap version. I think they just mixed the photos up.

  2. hi Leslie! Merry Christmas! Thank you for your posts throughout the year. I very much enjoy your fit reviews and food blogs!

Lululemon's boxing day sale is very good this year! I already ordered a Swiftly long sleeve and a Swiftly short sleeve. I hesitated for a moment on the Quick-dry sleeveless polo short sleeve in Water Drop and now my size is sold out. I haven't ordered anything from Athleta. Trying to practise self control =).

Wishing you a joyful and relaxing holiday!

    1. Hi Andrea! Merry Christmas to you and your family. Thank you so much for hanging around my blog. I'm trying to be more disciplined too! I actually ended up not placing an order yet. Trying to wait it out until there's something I really want to come along. I did place a bunch of items in my cart but then ended up closing out the window. Athleta has a really good sale going on, but all the things I want, I already have! Sad to see them marked down but I already got use out of the items, so I am not too annoyed.

I think I will take a couple of days off and relax. I'll be back with my Best of 2022 list soon!

    2. hi Leslie! Oops! I'm not sure why my name didn't show up even I was logged into Google, but this is actually Karen, not Andrea. Hee hee. Looking forward to your Best of 2022 list!

  3. I had a lot in my cart to start but only ended up with 10 things: 2 align bras, 3 pairs of socks, the small towel, ponytail hat, blissfeel winter shoes, lightweight UV jacket, and a men's tech canvas wunder puff as a belated xmas gift for my bf. I was super tempted by both the DFIA Vest & cropped WPJ in Everglade. It's such a beautiful shade, but it really doesn't coordinate well with my mostly pastel wardrobe.

    1. Hi LZ! Nice haul there. I had my cart ready to go but last second I closed the window. I'm hoping tomorrow's drop will have the cropped OG Scuba to try! I'm also trying to keep the neutrals theme going in my wardrobe and the items I almost bought were definitely not neutrals.

  4. Like you, some of my favorite Athleta items from the fall/winter have gone on sale. While it’s a bit annoying, I can’t be mad because I’ve really enjoyed them. I haven’t bought anything, but the lined Brooklyn joggers are tempting. However, I got the Rainier joggers for Christmas.

    1. I have a pair of lined Brooklyn Joggers and they are pretty awesome. I am debating on getting a second one in the black color since they are on sale for $69.

  5. I didn't really see much I wanted at the Lulu sale which is a first for me. I only got 2 pairs of socks, haha! There are a couple of things I had my eye on, but none was on MD. I bought a grey mindset sweatshirt from Athleta. I'm interested on the Apres Tugga Jacket, but my size is out of stock. I ended up spending a bunch of $$ at the Lush 50% off sale though!!

    1. I'm waiting for Lunar New Year items. I am hoping we get a couple of nice things. It should be dropping soon since LNY is early - January 22nd. Other than that, I'm actually eyeing a couple of more cardigans from Naked Cashmere, but just so expensive, even with the $100 off code they have going on right now.

  6. Hi Leslie,
Hope you've had a nice Christmas! I didn't get anything from the LLL sale but ordered the Tugga Coat from Athleta. With the extra 20% off, the price is not bad. :)

Can't believe 2022 is coming to an end in just a few days. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the great reviews and recommendations which have really helped me a ton in making style and sizing choices. I also appreciate your blog and love seeing familiar names on the comments. :) I wish everyone a Happy New Year and may 2023 bring love, joy and peace to all!

    1. Hi Andrea! Nice! I had a Tugga coat from a few years ago. They have updated it since, you'll have to let me know how you like it. Athleta sale prices are hard to beat.

You're too sweet! I always look forward to your comments and seeing familiar names. Thank you for coming by my blog. And I'm so happy to hear I helped along the way! Here's to 2023 and see what it may bring. =)

  7. I hope your Christmas was fun! I ordered a couple of pairs of shorts from the Lulu sale, since they're at a price I could stomach finally :). I didn't get anything from Athleta, but I did find a pair of Vuori Performance Joggers on markdown on a random sportswear website, so I snapped them up too.

Thank you for another great year of reviews and clothing chat! You've created a nice little community here full of positivity, and I look forward to checking out your blog every week!

    Happy New Year!

    1. Hi Lola! Ahhhh Vuori Joggers are the best! I did see I missed out on the Hotty Hots in the new Wild Indigo color, but then I reminded myself they are $68 now and not $58. So I totally get it. Didn't feel too bad after that lol.

It really is a little community here isn't it? Thank you for being a part of it and always I look forward to your comments. I can't believe 2023 is right around the corner. Happy New Year!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
