Fit Review Friday! Athleta Seasoft Quarter Zip, Seasoft Tank Sweatshirt, Aurora Seamless High Neck Crop Tank
Happy Friday! Full disclosure- I went to Athleta right before my ban started. 😅 I ended up returning a couple of things and decided to do some quick try-ons.
For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size PXS in Athleta. I also wear size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms.

The store didn't have size XXS in the Seasoft Quarter Zip. I'm wearing size XS which does look a bit too big. The body is wide and boxy on my petite frame. I think size XXS would look much better. Ideally, I would want this to be offered in petite sizing. I also grabbed the Seasoft Seasoft Wide Crop Pant in Tinsel Purple to try to see how it would look as a monochromatic set. I kind of think it looks very pajama-ish. Not gonna lie, it definitely feels like I'm wearing comfortable pajamas! 😂
The Seasoft fabric is amazing. It's thinner and lighter than Softstreme, at least in these two items. It feels more breathable and much preferred in this hot weather. I don't normally wear quarter zips and usually prefer hoodies, but I like that this is different from what I would normally wear. I think this would be great for the coming fall weather.

I like it enough that when my no-buy challenge is over, I will place an order to try in size XXS. The store did have size XXS in the Seasoft Tank Sweatshirt for me to try in Dusk Purple.

The color is a very pretty lavender. The XXS looks much better here than in my previous review. It's a better fit overall, except the arm opening is cut too high which makes it uncomfortable. If this tank is offered in petite sizing in the future, I would give it another try.
When I saw the Aurora Seamless High Neck Crop Tank on the rack, I grabbed it to try on. It feels SO soft. Even though it is a high-neck tank, it doesn't feel too tight around my neck. It does not have a built in shelf bra or any kind of padding which means nips will show through. I'm not sure what kind of bra I would wear underneath this tank though. It's great for lounging or doing yoga inside the house, but I wouldn't wear it out by itself without a bra underneath. It also comes in a really amazing Borealis Green. Out of all the items I tried on at the store the Aurora Seamless High Neck Crop Tank is the winner.

Thanks for another great fit review! How were the Tinsel Purple items in terms of sheerness? I love that color, but if it's totally see-through, I could cross it off my wish list.

The Aurora Seamless Crop looks very much like Lulu's Ebb To Street Cropped Tank. I like it!
Hi Lola! For Seasoft, the color is not sheer at all, it's pretty thick, but if it's a thin tee, I can see that being a little sheer. Probably depends on the fabric. I'll let you know if I get any more items in Tinsel Purple, but I really love the color.
DeleteThe back of the Aurora Seamless Crop Tank is a bit different from the back with the straps. Just wish it had a shelf bra with bra inserts! But I still might get it in the Borealis Green anyway, it's that comfortable.
Ah yes, the straps are quite different on the Aurora Crop Tank. So pretty! It really looks like it should have a shelf bra - putting a bra underneath it would be tricky with all the strappy action the tank already has. Borealis Green is a beautiful color!

Totally agree. Still worth checking out though. It is one of the few tanks that I really like from Athleta. September will be here before you know it, we're nearly halfway thru August!
