Fit Review Allbirds Wool Dasher Fluffs & Some News!

I have some exciting news to share! I've partnered up with Allbirds! Allbirds has been my favorite brand for shoes over the past few years. Allbirds rarely goes on sale, in fact Cyber Monday was the first time I have ever seen Allbirds have any kind of sale. Super excited to share my personal link. Click on my link for a 15% off. By the way, this isn't a sponsored post, I still pay for all my Allbirds. I couldn't pass up these Wool Dasher Fluffs! When I saw Allbirds released their limited edition Merino Wool Dashers, I had to get them since they pretty much match my Ivory Fleece Everywhere Belt Bag

I'm wearing my usual size 5.5 in their Tree Dashers and they fit perfectly. The color is natural white and it's just a little bit more warmer than Lululemon's ivory. I would say it's probably one shade warmer. From a distance it's hard to tell the difference, but can tell if you see it up close.

The merino wool is not as soft as fleece. It's a little more rough to the touch, which makes sense since this is footwear and will have to go through much more wear and tear.

The camo sole is what really cinched the deal for me, besides it matching my Ivory EBB. 😍

I had to splice together these two photos for the Wool Dasher and Ivory EBB to be in focus. I think I did a pretty good job! 😂 Let me know what you think of this matching combo, is it too much or just enough?!

I meant to post this last time, but here's some of the yummy food I got to eat over the holiday weekend. We started off with a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey, cranberry sauce, mash potatoes, and green beans with almonds. 😋

As I do not cook and my husband is the one slaving over the stove I took him out to dinner to one of our favorite restaurants in Atlanta. Here are a couple of photos of some of the best dishes from Aria. We had more food than this, but the duck and the beet salad are our favorites.

Duck entree.

My husband's favorite- beet salad.

This morning he made me avocado toast! I'm a lucky girl.

Flash waking up the day after Thanksgiving.

  1. Love love love the shoes!!! I just received my ivory fleece Everywhere Belt Bag. I had given up hope and thought that the order was going to be cancelled and then to my surprise it shipped. A pair of matching tennies would be fun.

    1. Hi Sbeesholly! So what do you think of the Ivory Fleece EBB? Is it worth the hype??

Matching pair of fluffs isn't too over the top? I think it's fun and perfect for the holiday season.

    2. I love the Ivory Fleece EBB. I had purchased in black as well. I don’t want to carry a purse all the time. The belt bag for my keys and small card wallet and phone is perfect.

Definitely not extra with matching shoes…. But I’m definitely more extra when it comes to all things Sherpa or faux fur. Lol

    3. I hope I don't regret not getting it in the black color! I try to stay away from black colors because of my orange kitty =D

Yes I'm with you, I love anything sherpa and faux fur.

  2. Hi Leslie! I think the shoes aware very unique and cute... But I'd be super worried about getting it dirty!

I did end up getting the EBB in Ivory fleece as well and it's indeed very cute. Admittedly not very practical as I usually take quite a bit of stuffs with me and I'll be worry about getting it dirty lol. But for three odd day when I travel light, it'll be a nice companion!

    1. Hi Blueberries! They are machine washable. Just have to remove the laces and the inserts and throw them in and wash using the gentle cycle. I haven't done it yet, but I have washed my other Allbirds before and they did come out fine as long as you air dry them out. This one I would assume would still be fluffy hopefully!

  3. They match perfectly! I think the shoes are too cute! I would be terrified of wearing them out. You have to keep us posted if they clean easily! If they wash easily what a score.

    1. So far I've worn them out a few times and still look good to me. It will probably be a little while before they need washing. I basically just use them when I go out for casual walking/errands.

  4. Love both the Wool Dasher Fluffs and the EBB! Too bad we only have the Wool Runner Fluffs on the Canadian site. The ivory ones come with ivory soles which is not as interesting. The camo soles did kick it up a notch!

By the way, do you think the referral link can be used for the Canadian site?

    1. Hi Andrea! Canada has to catch up!

I reached out to Allbirds and unfortunately it's currently for US only, but they are working on expanding it to other countries in 2022. So there's some hope!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
