Upload! June 26th 2018

Tonight's upload was pretty typical except for this button down that I would have ordered if they still had my size! I'm pretty surprised it sold out so quickly at $108. That's a bit steep for a button down. Also, why does it say the model is wearing a men's size small? Does that mean a size XS would have been too big for me anyway? If anyone ordered it, let me know how it is! I'm super curious about it now. I am loving the figue color but I'm refraining from buying the same items just in different colors...

Did you order anything? What do you think of the button down shirt?

(love this color but not a fan of the elastic along the hem)

(Do love this color too, but I swore off Swiftlys!)

(I love this one too but swore off Define's as well! I just have too many!!)

  1. I thought of getting the buttondown shirt as well (now gone on the Canadian website) but the price put me off. It has to be really good for that price! :D

Figue is such a pretty color and I’m tempted to order it in SS Swiftly. Do you size up on your SS Swiftly and Swiftly Tank? I did with my LS cos the sleeves were really tight, but not sure if I need to do so with the SS and Tank. Any advice?

My friend is thinking of getting a pair of Lululemon shorts for hanging around and wonder which is a good one. She’s 5’2” at 110 lbs. Any advice would be highly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Andrea

  2. I think you should be okay with your regular size in Swiftly tanks and SS. I take my usual 4 in fitted tops. I wouldn't be able to size up though because a 6 would be ridiculously long on my short torso.

For shorts, I like the Cool & Collected Short- on sale now. It looks pretty comfy to lounge around at home. The In Movement Short reminds me of my old Boogie Shorts that I love. They're super short but I bought them in 2 sizes bigger and they actually are very comfortable that way. I also wear my Speed/Speed Up shorts on the weekend to run errands in. Those are my picks if she doesn't mind showing some leg.

  3. I agree! No more defines or swiftlys for me! The define is pretty though. I would never pay $108 for a plain white collar shirt.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
