Review! What The Sport Tee & Beat The Heat Short Sleeve Tiger Space Dye

Last week I ordered two What The Sport Tees.  One was on mark down in heathered red grape and the other color tiger space dye is still full priced.  I ordered both in size 2 which is my normal size in this particular top.  I also ordered Beat The Heat Short Sleeve also in tiger space dye so I could determine which I liked better.  I ordered a size 4 in Beat The Heat Short Sleeve.

On the left Beat The Heat Short Sleeve on the right What The Sport Tee

The heatherd red grape fit me perfectly.  Sometimes it's a gamble with WMTM since Lululemon isn't always consistent with sizes.   Here is a perfect example.  The tiger space dye version is actually cut more narrow in the shoulders.  There's a little bit of pulling in my armpit area that isn't comfortable so I'm returning it this weekend.  I'm keeping Beat The Heat Short Sleeve in tiger space dye.

I lined up the left sides of the tiger space dye over the heathered red grape.  You can see it's cut narrower.  I'm not sure if it's because of the different fabric between the two?  But I really wish Lululemon would keep things consistent.  I wonder if it's just the one I have?  I'm not sure.

Here's a close up of the shoulders.

Here are some modeling shots from my past try ons at the store-

Beat The Heat Short Sleeve Size 4 (fits perfectly)

What The Sport Tee Size 2 (fits perfectly)

What The Sport Tee Size 4 (too big in the size 4 but too tight in the size 2 sigh)

What The Sport Tee (full price)

That's all for today, hope everyone has a great weekend!

  1. How do you like the beat the heat? Are you going to use it for working out or for casual wear?

    1. So far I've only worn it out casually, but I do plan on trying it out when I go running and see how I like it. I'll let you know when I do!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
