Lululemon drop is very much geared toward Gen Z. However, I am liking their footwear and bags more and more. Athleta's new arrivals are worth looking at. They also dropped a waffle collection. One of my goals this year is to walk 10,000 steps a day. As much as I love my Allbirds, they were just not cutting it for this amount of steps on a daily basis. I wore my Allbirds Tree Flyer 2s every day (rotating 3 pairs) and I think this was also part of the reason why they weren't great for my feet. It lead to calluses and overall foot pain when I walked long distances. This year I purchased 5 different sneakers to try, with the goal of being able to walk 15,000 steps comfortably. Not that I am walking 15,000 steps every single day, but sometimes I do and I wanted to make sure I could do so with my new shoes. Now that I've had these shoes for a while, here is how I would rank them from the best pair to my least favorite shoe. Happy Friday! Have I mentioned how much I am loving Banana Republic's fall collection? I'm really impressed with the direction they have taken lately. It reminds me of their golden era in the 90s and 2000s. They've gone back to using high quality fabrics and the designs have been very on trend without being too trendy. I love that they've brought back some of their heritage pieces. Last week at the store, the Corduroy Insulated Bomber Jacket caught my eye. For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size XSS/XS in Banana Republic. Alright, someone in marketing needs to explain to me how Erewhon and Lululemon decided to form a collaboration. 😆 Utterly bizarre because I'm guessing not a lot of people have even stepped foot into an Erewhon store. I definitely haven't. I heard to get into the one in NYC, you need to pay a $30K membership fee just to step through the door!!! This is insanity to me. The Erewhon collab items are only available on the Lululemon app as of now. I haven't looked at it yet, but I am 100% sure I will not be interested in any of it. Okay, I just looked and there's a T-Shirt that says "FRESH PRODUCE" on it for $118. SMH. I'll save you all some time, none of it is appealing! Who remembers the Chloé Paddington craze? It was 2005 and I was just dipping my toes into the luxury handbag world. It's hard to believe this was 20 years ago. 😳 The Chloé Paddington bag is known for the boho vibe, slouchy leather, and that padlock! The padlock is really what made the bag standout.
