New Releases Week of August 5th 2025

Large drop today from Lulu, but I am going to be more selective with their items. I'll also start including more brands, but it will be a learning curve for me since I don't know how often other brands will be releasing new items. I'm actually most excited about Mooncat and Varley this week! Let me know what caught your eye.  Hotty Hot HR Lined Short 2.5" Thawed Camo Warm Ash Gray (Def Gen Z marketing here. Missing the Good Old Days of Lululemon

(This is an old Lululemon photo from my camera roll) Oh boy, where to start. If you're relatively new to my blog, you should know that my posts follow a schedule and I'm not talking about just new posts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. My Tuesday posts cover new product drops and Fridays are what I call Fit Review Fridays. Monday posts however are a bit more free form. Sometimes I'll review a new pair of shoes, do a bag review, or I'll post an additional fit review. I've been consistent with that cadence with the only exception really being when my husband wrote my blog for a few weeks when I was back in New York to take care of my grandma. Typically I have my Monday and Friday posts planned out 2 weeks in advance; meaning I've already taken the photos of what I'm going to write about and a draft in my head of what I'll be saying about the items. I'm bringing this up because I've been running into an issue as of late on what to post for Mon...

Fit Review! Brooks Ghost 16 Running Shoe

Happy Friday and Happy August! A few months ago, I asked around for everyone's favorite walking shoe, and a lot of people answered Brooks. I perused their website and decided on a pair of Ghost 16 running shoe. It was actually quite hard for me to find a pair that I liked. Brooks colors and designs are not really my style, but I finally found a pair that was passable. For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds and across many other brands. Brooks Ghost 16 Running Shoe Size 5.5 The color reminds me of a peachy pink. It's a neutral color and actually goes with a lot of my summer outfits. The magenta accent color draws the eye in for a closer look. There's very little branding on the shoe, just small lettering on the side.  The shoes have a mesh upper for ventilation. There's a nice amount of padding around the tongue and shoe opening. The laces are soft and they do not come undone which is great.   Brooks Ghost 16 Running Shoe  Size 5.5 I've worn these for a...

New Releases Week of July 29th 2025

Small drop today. I added a few things to my cart that I'm considering. It's been so hot here and I'm sure most of the east and south are feeling very hot and humid the past few days so I am eyeing some more shorts. Going to see if I can try and hold off though! Olive Brown looks very rich and earthy, normally I don't like greens, but this one caught my eye. Did anything catch your eye today? Let me know if you bought anything.    Scuba Cropped Wrap Pullover Hoodie Olive Brown (This is cute, but a little too much fabric in the front for me.) Define Cropped Jacket Thawed Camo Warm Ash Gray (Not usually a fan of camo, but this is nicely done.) Swiftly SS Hip Length Bay Leaf Flexy Flex Strappy Yoga Bra True Navy Seersucker Check Strappy Tank Blister Check Ocean Air Pool Party (This is interesting lol!) All Yours Organic Cotton Tank Top Olive Brown Love Tank Top Olive Brown Ebb To Street Tank Chilled Grape Seersucker Check MR Pull On Pant Blister Check White Black (This is ...

Review! Peter Nitz Small Libby Tote in Arosa Calf

I can't believe it's been one year since my grandma passed away. I still miss her so much. 💔 I really debated on not posting today. Some days it just hits me hard; grief really does come in waves. My grandma was always super supportive of all my hobbies. I loved sharing with her everything I was up to. I majored in photography and she put up with my camera always in her face. She even loved my Blythe dolls when I was obsessed with them. I miss sharing things with her. She would ask how my blog was doing. I would have loved to have her in my recent Youtube videos. She had the best smile.  She would have loved hearing about my newest bag. It's hard not being in New York. The rest of my family are visiting her grave today. I wish I was there for it. I will be heading back when the headstone is ready. My mom tells me it should be soon. If you've made it this far, thanks for reading. With a big sigh, I'm ready to share this Peter Nitz bag with you all. For reference I...
