Boston Store Visit! WMTM Update

Happy Friday! Autumn is finally here, except Atlanta still thinks it is summer. We have 90 plus temperatures for the next seven days. 😳 With WMTM on steroids this week and Rakuten cash back at 15% - you know I placed an order. I managed to finally snag the blue in Calm & Collected Wrap on mark down. I'm happy I waited that one out! The store visit in Boston was uneventful since I didn't try anything on (too sweaty). I did however snap a few photos.  Always On Hi-Rise Flocked Everlux (the blue was pretty and the flocked detail is much more apparent in real life.) On Repeat Dress (Looks lovely in person. Very luxe in the dark gray.)  Vinyasa Scarf French Terry (Did not think this was very soft at all, easy pass.) Retreat Yourself Crop (This wasn't as soft as I thought it would be, but I am still interested in trying it. Length wise I think it would be above the ankles for petites.) While I wait for my Lululemon order to arri

WMTM Update!

I am still on my ban with nine days to go!! I'm soooo close which is why I don't have a fit review for you today. I'm trying to stay away from the stores to avoid temptation. When I took a look at today's WMTM update my eyes got wide when I saw the  Calm and Collected Wrap  was finally on sale! All colors except for the blue chambray. I initially thought the chambray was already sold out, but then I looked at my cart and it was still in stock at full price. I actually breathed a sigh of relief for two reasons. One, it wasn't sold out (whew) 😅 and two, thank goodness I wasn't tempted to break my ban for it if it was on sale! 😆 That's it for me! Hope everyone has a great weekend! Calm and Collected Wrap $109 (still pricey but better than $148.) Store Try Ons! Hooded Define Jacket & Essential Pleated Tank

Happy Friday everyone! I dropped by the store to try on a couple of things. The store closest to me is pretty small and they never have all the new stuff I want to see.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size 4 in tops and bottoms unless otherwise noted.   Essential Pleated Tank Seriously Light Luon   Space Dye Camo Misty Mauve Size 2 I really liked the tank except it is super long on me. It's pretty much a tunic. I don't know why Lululemon decided to make their tanks even longer. I know they offer hemming, but they will only hem it straight across, which isn't the same. This tank is always a size down for me. They tend to run large. Otherwise the fabric is really soft and the color misty mauve is a very light pretty pink. I didn't completely love the pleats in the back of the tank though.  Hooded Define Jacket Nulu Smokey Blush Size 6 This is one of those jackets where I have to size up. This jacket runs s

Fit Review! Birkenstock's Kids Mayari & Gizeh

Happy Friday everyone! Some of you probably noticed that I haven't had any photo shoots in my apartment lately. I've been trying to refrain from ordering online and to visit the stores more. I am however waiting for my Nordstrom anniversary order to arrive. This week I haven't been able to get to a store for some try ons, but I do have a quick review of these Birkenstock sandals in kids sizes. I normally fit a size 5 in shoes, a size 5.5 in sneakers. For Birkenstock kids I fit a size 34. These are really stylish sandals for kids and I'm pretty surprised at how comfortable they are. I have normal width feet and these only come in narrow, but they're meant to fit narrow/normal width. Birkenstock Gizeh   The adult version costs $100. The price is $60 for the kid size. The difference in price is decent. The comfort level is out of this world. I feel like these are made for your feet. The mocha color is a medium dark brown that also goes nicely with the cor
