Store Try Ons! Hooded Define Jacket & Essential Pleated Tank

Happy Friday everyone! I dropped by the store to try on a couple of things. The store closest to me is pretty small and they never have all the new stuff I want to see.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size 4 in tops and bottoms unless otherwise noted.

Space Dye Camo Misty Mauve Size 2

I really liked the tank except it is super long on me. It's pretty much a tunic. I don't know why Lululemon decided to make their tanks even longer. I know they offer hemming, but they will only hem it straight across, which isn't the same. This tank is always a size down for me. They tend to run large. Otherwise the fabric is really soft and the color misty mauve is a very light pretty pink. I didn't completely love the pleats in the back of the tank though.

This is one of those jackets where I have to size up. This jacket runs small to the point where even the size 6 looks a little tight from the side. I love the blushy pink and the nulu feels like butter. This jacket is super comfortable but I do think it looks best in a print or pattern. The solid colors will hug every lump and bump.

In other news my ban is still going strong which is why I'm light on fit reviews for the month. I am compiling a wish list though. That's it for me! Hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Summer is coming to an end soon-ish. Enjoy the weather!

Check out what's new to WMTM.

(Does anyone know why almost all the colors are on sale?!)

  1. I’ve been thinking of getting a Define Jacket for years but the sizing is off for me. Size 2 is tight but 4 is a bit too loose. The fit varies from pattern to pattern but I’ve had no luck so far. Maybe I should give the Hooded Define a try cos I love Nulu which is buttery soft.

    1. Maybe the Hooded Define will work for you! I would definitely be interested to see your review of it!

  2. The hooded define looks so cozy and soft. I think those aligns are all on sale cause they're the super small or larger sizes left?
