Fit Review! Vuori Store Try Ons! Halo Straight Leg Ankle Pant, Sedona Classic Full Zip, Halo Mini Full Zip

Happy Friday! The Vuori store at Avalon finally opened up! You wouldn't believe how excited I was to try on a bunch of things without having to order it online. 😂 I tried on so much stuff that I'm going to break it up into two fit reviews.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size XS at Vuori. I also wear size 4/6 and XS/S at Lululemon and size PXS/XS at Athleta.

The store layout is nice and airy. It has a minimalist, natural vibe with these beautiful snake plants all over the store. It makes me want to get some for my house! The store had some jeans for men. The denim felt rough and for $200, definitely not.

I basically grabbed anything that felt soft and in my size. This first set I tried on is really flattering. The Halo Straight Leg Ankle Pant is currently not available online to my surprise. I wonder if it's a new product coming out soon.

Halo Straight Leg Ankle Pant Pale Gray Heather Size XS

I'm wearing size XS in these pants and they are very fitted, especially in the hips and rear. Definitely needed a size small, which I also grabbed in black to try. The Halo fabric is buttery soft and on the thin side. The waist is mid rise, however I feel like they are borderline low rise, because the XS felt too short in the crotch. Which is surprising, given my short frame, but the LENGTH is absolutely perfect. I couldn't believe it. Finally, something petite friendly that wasn't a Performance Jogger!

Halo Straight Leg Ankle Pant Pale Gray Heather Size XS

The Sedona Classic Full Zip hoodie is soooooo soft. Like, I really need to get me something in Sedona. I'm wearing size XS and it fits, but I am not a fan of how short the length is. I wish it were just a little bit longer. The sleeves are long as expected. Hoodie is light to medium weight.

Halo Straight Leg Ankle Pant Black Size Small

Halo Straight Leg Ankle Pant Black Size Small

Here are the Halo Straight Ankle Pant in size small. Much better fit. They're almost perfect. Why almost? Because these do NOT have pockets! 😒 For $118, I feel like these should have pockets. It's 2026, is it too much to ask for some pockets! But I look really good in these. These are straight leg, but it also has a slight flare.

Halo Mini Full Zip is super fitted. I'm wearing size XS. True to size but I would want to size up for a slightly looser fit. If this were made out of velour, it would give 2005 Juicy Couture a run for their money!

Which item is your favorite? I think mine goes to the Sedona Classic Full Zip. I wonder if I should try size small for the extra length, but then the arms might be annoyingly long. Part two will come next Friday! That's it for me, have a fantastic weekend everybody!

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...
