New Releases Week of March 25th 2025

I am happy to see Hawaiian Blue is back. I hope it's released in more styles. Would love to see a pair of Hawaiian Blue Hotty Hots. This is the last drop for March! Hard to believe a week from now it'll be April. The No Buy Challenge will be over. I'm definitely going to place a Vuori order. Maybe a Varley order. What about you? What are you going to get once the ban is lifted. Or will you see how long you can extend the challenge? 😅

(Why do these shorts have to flare out so much?)

(I wish I liked these shorts!)

  1. Hi Leslie,
I posted a comment earlier but it disappeared …

So glad to see a comeback of Hawaiian Blue as it is such a gorgeous color! I believe you have the Scuba Hoodie in Heathered Hawaiian Blue like I do. :) Talking about Scuba Hoodies, they are selling like hotcakes on the Canadian site and sadly I missed out on Lavender Lux and Light Ivory. True Navy, which was uploaded today, is already gone in sizes 0, 2, 4 and 6.

I didn’t join the March No Buy Challenge and got myself a Lululemon Slouchy Sling Bag 6L in Light Ivory as well as a pair of Athleta Seasoft Straight Leg Crop in Pyrite. I am addicted to Athleta’s Seasoft bottoms and have already 5 pairs of pants and 4 pairs of crops in this buttery soft material! I can see myself wearing them a lot during spring, summer and fall.

Hope this comment will be posted without any problems!

    1. Hi Andrea! WOW why are the Scuba's all of a sudden selling like crazy? I don't think they're as popular here in the US anymore. Right now I think almost every color is available in my size.

I think you have more Seasoft bottoms than I do! LOL. They are the best pants. I wear them all the time. Softstreme is just a little too thick in the summer for me. I'll be putting them away soon.

  2. I like the club blue color and the washed denim in the scuba material with the gold zipper. I totally broke my low buy this month… didn’t spend a loooot but definitely bought a few things I didn’t need xD

    1. Hi Janessa! I am liking Club Blue as well. 4 more days before I can buy something again. I am eyeing a couple of things from Lulu and still debating about Varley. I wonder if I should wait until fall because it's too warm to wear pullovers now haha.

  3. I think I'll try to extend it since I ended up doing more of a low buy than a no buy. Luckily, I'm not tempted by any new stuff this week. I'm mildly interested in the color Punch from Athleta. It seems right up my alley, but I'm not sure what I'd buy in that color.

I'm trying to shift my thinking and focus on purchasing experiences over stuff.

    1. Hi Stacy! I did briefly look at Punch, but a little too bright for me. Agree, experiences will always trump material things!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
