All The Black Friday Sales You Need To Know About!

So many good sales happening right now. I can't deal! 😅 I am planning on ordering from J.Crew and Frank & Eileen today. I already placed orders for Athleta and Banana Republic. Fit reviews are coming!! Happy Shopping and let me know what you got!

  • Lululemon- I'm honestly disappointed, nothing for me from the sale, but there are items that would make great gifts for others. Here are my picks.
For the OG EBB lover, this time in fleece for $39.

For the I want to save the world - Leather Alternative EBB $79

For the person that likes to carry more than one phone and always on the go-

  • Super excited for this! 20% off sitewide. I have three F&E pieces (they're pricey and I try to buy only on sale) and I love them so much. Super comfy, casual but elevated, and I get to wear it to the office. Here are my picks-

  • Makes great gifts for the perfectly manicured person in your life. 20% off. Ends 12/1. Other colors I have on my wishlist are:

Super COOL.

  • Vuori is honestly lame. Who wants a free beanie? Nope. Give me a 20% off coupon, is that too much to ask, once a year? Ugh. I'm mad at them but there's still two joggers I wouldn't mind having.
(I have these in another color and honestly wear them all the time. Runs large, size down.)

(These are still my favorite joggers and this color looks like bone.)

  • Allbirds is having a huge sale. Here are my picks. PetiteImpact for 15% off.

(Love these, but run large, size down.)

(I have these on the way!)

  • I love my Aviator Nation hoodies the most. I wear one almost every day. I wear them going out and even inside the house. They're just so super comfy. 20% off everything with Code BFCM20. This weekend only. Here are my picks-

  • I don't shop at J.Crew often but they have always been a staple for office attire. I particularly love their coats and sweaters, and now their bucket bag. Their BF sale is up to 50% off. Here are my picks-

  • Fashionphile - ahhhh my favorite site to buy pre-owned high end luxury. Most of my bags are pre-owned and I saved a lot of money that way and got to try new bags that I otherwise would have never been able to afford. 10% off can be a lot in savings, depending on what you get. You can also put an item on reserve and have 60 days to pay off. Love that! Here are some bags on my wishlist.
  • Use Code BF2024 Sale ends today!

  • I don't often shop at Alo Yoga, but I still love their Foxy Sherpa Jacket the most.

  • Last but not least, Athleta. They have been doing sales all month long. I think I am Athleta'd out for a while! 30% to 50% off their entire site.

Happy Shopping!!

  1. Hi Leslie,
Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving!

Canada is missing out on all the nice colors at Allbirds and I just ordered a pair of Wool Runner Mizzles in Stony Cream. Thought of getting the Wool Runners 2 in Rugged Beige but I prefer the Mizzles which are water repellent. I hope Stony Cream is nice in person.

I didn’t get anything from Lululemon’s Black Friday Sale but I dropped by a store last weekend and couldn’t help getting the Daily Multi- Pocket Tote Bag 20L in Nightfall/Dramatic Magenta cos the color is absolutely stunning! A friend gifted me a similar tote in canvas which I’ve never used as it is heavy and looks huge. This polyester/nylon one, however, drapes much nicer and doesn’t look as big even with the same dimensions. I do wish the bag came with a zipped opening but it’s not a deal breaker.

What did you end up getting on Black Friday?

    1. Hi Andrea! Ohhh love the Stony Cream WR Mizzles. I bought the Wool Dasher Mizzles in the same color. Good choice!

I didn't see the Nightfall/Dramatic Magenta in the Daily Multi Pocket Tote Bag. It looks really nice! I love the color. I added it to my wish list. Would you mind sending me a pic?!! Mod shot too... Please!

I bought the J.Crew Stowe Parka as I need a more grown up coat. Also splurged on Frank & Eileen and ordered three things to try. The Belfast Trench, and two button ups.
Ordered some Mooncat polishes. I am trying to be good! hahahaha.

    2. Hi Leslie,
Wish the Canadian site had Wool Dasher Mizzles In Stony Cream! :(

I’ll take you some pictures of the Lululemon Tote Bag tomorrow afternoon. :)

Looks like you’ve done some damages to your wallet this Black Friday lol! Can’t wait to see your fit reviews.

Yep, I am definitely going on a no-buy in January!

  2. I have not been good AT ALL. I shopped a couple of stores I haven't shopped before, but have been wanting to try. Ordered a bit of a haul from Alphalete, and I ordered a t-shirt from Oner Active (I've heard good things about their Mellow Soft).

I keep looking at Athleta too - I'm really eyeballing the Pinnacle High Rise Trouser, but I think it's still too pricey. I'm also considering another color in the Endeavor High Rise Pant.

I'm going to have to do a no-buy in January too! And maybe February...

    1. Hi Lola! Neither have I!! I'm definitely going on a no-buy January at the very least. We can do it together!
I haven't heard of either of those two brands, but I'm going to check them out now.

I ordered a couple of joggers from Athleta to try. Will have some fit reviews coming. I feel like their pants are still not short enough for me.

    2. Yes, it has definitely been hit-and-miss with the inseams lately. I've been kind of ignoring what Athleta states for inseams, because I feel like they haven't been accurate anyway.

Looking forward to your Athleta jogger reviews!

  3. Hi Leslie. A couple of LLL tops I was eyeing actually went on sale. I ordered the wool swiftly in nightfall (I'm a sucker for wool/blends) and rest less in that sagey green color. It's more like a regular WMTM sale rather than a true BF sale at LLL but still better than regular price I guess. I was hoping the full zip oversized scuba in strawberry milkshake would be discounted but it's not. I love the AN hoodies you picked but it's still too steep of a price tag for me. Maybe one day... 1. Hi Cindy! Yes it's more like a regular WMTM update and not a true BF deal.

AN added more hoodies to the sale and steeper discounts, 30% and 40% off. Pretty good IMO.

  4. Hi Leslie! Have you seen or tried the new Wave Stripe Hoodies by Aviator Nation? https://www.bloomingdales.com/shop/product/aviator-nation-wave-pullover-hoodie?ID=5302025&CategoryID=1066859 Do you have anything in the oversized pullover fit? I'm curious about what size I should order.

Review! Lululemon's Large Everywhere Belt Bag Size Comparison Plus Video!

Happy Friday! I can't believe it's almost Halloween! I actually have a dentist appointment on Halloween. One of my molars chipped and needs to be filled in. Review! Everywhere Belt Bag Extended Strap VS Everywhere Belt Bag Original

Happy May! Can't believe summer is right around the corner. I'm looking forward to visiting my family later this month. It's been nearly a year since I've been back to NYC. I'm already thinking about all the dim sum I'm going to cram in the 10 days I'm there! 😆  Today I have a review of the new  Everywhere Belt Bag Extended Strap  compared to the original  Everywhere Belt Bag  that is slowly being phased out. 😢  **** Update - The original Everywhere Belt Bag has been phased out completely. The website has removed the Extended Strap from the name. The updated version is now called the Everywhere Belt Bag!**** For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall. Fit Review! Aviator Nation Navy Hoodie 5 Stripe

Is it already Monday? This weekend just flew by. For the first time since early 2020, I met up with a friendly neighbor and we went out for dim sum. At the end we hugged since I hadn't seen her in forever. I told her, "You're the first person I hugged since the pandemic started that isn't my husband!" 😄  For today's post, this is a hoodie I've been dying to try for months but kept putting it off because of the price tag. Aviator Nation is not cheap. Not a whole lot makes me pause because I'm used to seeing Lululemon hoodies priced at $128-$138. Aviator Nation comes in at a whopping $189.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and I am wearing a size XS in Aviator Nation. For Lululemon tops I typically wear a size 4. 5 Stripe Hoodie  Navy Size XS The interesting thing about Aviator Nation is their hoodies are unisex sizing. The available sizes are XS-XXL. The female model is shown wearing size XS while the male model is shown wearing size large. I took a c...
