Review! Fendi Peekaboo ISEEU Size Small With Interlacing

Hey everyone! This Fendi Peekaboo ISEEU is a gift from my sister. If you missed my unboxing video, she let me pick out a Peekaboo when we went to New Orleans as my early Christmas present. She's the best sister! I also have a full video review of this bag showing all the details and including what fits inside this size small Peekaboo.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall.

I took a gazillion modshots of this bag. They were all just coming out so good! This bag can be carried by the top handle, or crossbody using the optional crossbody strap. I personally prefer carrying this by the handle. And yes, I've already carried her three times since I got her. 😅 I'm not the kind of person that will wait until Christmas, especially when it comes to purses!

I really love it's two bags in one. If you feel like showing off the Fendi logo, you can show the interlacing details, but if you want to look more demure just flip it over and it's the plain side! I did add a rabbit bag charm that I bought off of Amazon.

You can also undo the side tabs and wear the bag undone to give it a more slouchy casual look. I have not carried it this way, but it is an option if you wanted to. This bag has so many different looks, I love it. Very versatile. Here are some photos being carried crossbody.

The strap is adjustable with seven holes. I'm wearing it on the 3rd hole and it hits right at the hip. I don't think I would like to carry it any higher because of the handle placement.

Let's take a closer look at the details of this bag.

The leather is natural grained calfskin. The color is a gorgeous neutral in dove gray. It's a lovely shade of taupe. Which side do you like better?

The FF Interlacing is done by hand and I was told it takes about ten hours per bag. Even with the interlacing, I was surprised at how soft the leather is. I can't wait for it to slouch even more. Personally I love it when a bag has slouchy leather. The inside is suede and grained leather on the opposite side.

There are two slip pockets with a metal partition which does add some weight to the bag. It is a small bag and doesn't fit too much, so the weight isn't terrible. There is a turnlock closure on both sides.

The bottom of the bag doesn't have feet, but the edge coating is what touches the surface, not the leather, so that's pretty neat.

Side profile.

Close up of the turnlock.

That is it for me, I hope you enjoyed this Fendi Peekaboo review and don't forget to watch my video if you want to see what fits in the bag. Hope you all have a wonderful week!

  1. Gorgeous bag and outfit Leslie! I like how you sized up on those pants for an ultra relaxed looking fit. I can only dream of bags at that price point! I noticed the LLL essential tank (pleated) is back. But it looks sooooo long . It was always long, but that long??? I'm looking forward to some Vuori try ons or fit reviews from you. There isn't anything in particular I'm looking at though. Cindy

    1. Hi Cindy! Thank you so much! I always size up in the Softstreme pants. So comfy and still looks great. I have the best sister! But I do think this was a once in a lifetime kind of gift from her.
DId not realize the Essential Tanks were back! I just looked and they DO look a lot longer! It would be too long on me for sure.

I've been looking at the Vuori website pretty consistently and have not seen anything that piqued my interest. I think we're completely sized out though, everything looks way too oversized for us. So unfortunate!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
