New Arrivals Week of February 6th 2024

This was a big drop from Lululemon. Tons of Belgian Blue today! Not complaining since it's a beautiful blue/gray. Today is also my birthday and plan on doing some online shopping. I have a Lululemon gift card to spend. Let me know what you bought or if you're interested in seeing a fit review of something let me know in the comments!

My husband is eyeing the Trail Runners SWT in Hazy Cocoa. I may get those for him for his birthday. I'm still lusting after Thunder Purple. I can't decide if I want them in the Wool Dasger Mizzles or Tree Flyer 2s.

  1. HBD, Leslie - hope you treat yourself to something fun! Let us know if/what you order. :)

I like the non-ribbed Brushed Softstreme Half Zip. It's also $10 cheaper - and maybe the new version, as it looks like even the black ribbed one went on markdown.

    1. Thank you LZ! I like it in Belgian Blue, and yes maybe this is the updated version. It's in my bag, I'm still debating a few items for now. I'm also hoping they will release more items in Iron Blue in Softstreme. The two go together so well.

    2. Hi Janessa! Yes it does remind me of Chambray and Blue Cast if they had a baby. It's gorgeous.

  4. Happy birthday Leslie! I hope you're doing something fun today, and you also get yourself a nice birthday treat :)

Nothing for me this week. I'm trying to be good for a few weeks, as my birthday is this month too, and I'll probably want to get a treat also at the end of the month!

I'm loving the Thunder Purple Allbirds too. I vote for the Wool Dasher Mizzles,! I'm also really liking the Superlight Trainers in that color.

    1. Hi Lola! I do have some presents coming for myself lol!! I usually have my no-buy month on my birthday month, so this year I'm going to go all out! LOL.

Ah another Aquarius or are you a Pisces?

Yeah, I really like the soles on the Mizzles!

    1. Thanks AC! I did try a few Lululemon shoes. I wasn't a huge fan so I either returned them or ended up selling on Poshmark after my review.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
