New Releases Week of June 20th 2023

This was a pretty interesting drop. The new French Terry LS Shrug is super cute, but the sleeves are probably ridiculously long. The Ribbed Softstreme Relaxed Fit T-Shirt looks very comfy, but also very oversized. Should I try it? It's $98 tho! Tons of colors were released in the Sweetheart Bra. Has anyone tried it yet? Let me know if you would like to see a fit review of something. Did you get anything? Gotta run!

    I'm very interested in the French Terry LS Shrug! Dark Lavender is so pretty, but I know Black is probably more practical for getting the most use. I'm afraid the Sweetheart Bra might fit like the Flow Y/FTBW Bras that just don't work for me. My store has both items, so I plan to try on tonight. Will report back!

      I didn't come home with either! The shrug fits tts, but as you mentioned, the sleeves are too long. They would be cozy to pull over my hands when it's cold, but I think they would mostly just annoy me by slipping down. If my size makes it to markdown, I might pick it up - but not at full price.

      The sweetheart bra was a weird fit. It's also tts, but it gapes at the sides where the strap connects to the bra by the armpits. I think a bigger-than-A cup size is needed to fill it out and prevent that. Otherwise, it was really cute and comfy.

      Wow! That's a bummer about the sleeves on the shrug. I guess it's a pass for me too.

      Oooh good to know about the Sweetheart Bra. Until I get some bigger boobs I will have to skip this one too. =(

    I’ve been eyeing the Softstreme High-Rise Straight-Leg Cropped Pant for a while and waiting for a grey color to show up. ;)

    I recently got two belt bags - Everywhere Belt Bag Large 2L in Dark Lavender and the City Adventurer Belt Bag 2.5L in Twilight Rose. Both colors are gorgeous and I’m very happy with my purchase. The City Adventurer Belt Bag 2.5L is not as roomy as I thought cos the bottom is tapered, but then it’s more streamline and not as bulky. If either of the colors come out in the Side-Cinch Shopper Bag 18L, I’m in trouble lol.

      Hi Andrea, same! I have been waiting for a gray from Athleta and Lululemon for awhile now. I would actually love Dark Oxide as well. It looks to be a really pretty brown/pink.

      I thought the City Adventurer Belt Bag would be too big for my petite frame. Any chance you could send me a mod shot on you wearing it? I have been eyeing the bags in Twilight Rose, but is it more pink or brown in real life?

      Twilight Rose is really pretty and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s definitely more pink than brown. I will get my husband to take some pictures for me after he finishes work today. :)

    I think you should try the Ribbed Softstreme Relaxed Fit T Shirt, partially because I'm curious about it too ;). It looks really nice in Twilight Rose!

    I've been staring at the Dark Lavender Softstreme Cropped pants that just dropped, but I'm trying to be good! Last week I impulse ordered the Modal-Blend High-Neck Yoga tank, and, quite frankly, it's terrible. Serves me right for impulse/boredom shopping.

      The Dark Lavender Softstreme Cropped Pants are gorgeous but I know I will never reach for them! Kind of conservative when it comes to colors of bottoms and I only go with black, grey, white and beige! :D

      Hi Andrea, I know what you mean about the colors - but I can almost justify purple bottoms, because pretty much my whole wardrobe would work with them, lol. If they come out with a grey pair, I think I would grab them immediately though!

      Hi Lola! Hahahha, okay I'll add the Ribbed Softstreme Relaxed Fit T-Shirt to my next order. I think I'm going to size down since it looks huge. You made me lol at impulse/boredom shopping because I can totally relate to that. I would love to add another pair of Softstreme Crop pants but waiting for either Graphite Gray or Dark Oxide.

    I feel like the french terry shrug is good for people who like to just layer over sports bras for that fitness workout chic look lol. I think it's cute also maybe over a tank or bodysuit to be sorta ballet inspired?

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

  I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

  So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

  Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors.
