Allbirds Tree Flyer Silver Fern & Tree Dasher Relay Calm Teal

Hi everyone! DH is still sick and positive. I tested negative for Covid but apparently I still have 5 more days to go before I'm in the clear. I've been taking a lot of vitamins and sleeping as much as I want to try to keep my immune system up. It seems to be working so far.

Today I just wanted to share my two new pairs of Allbirds. For reference I wear a size 5.5 in Allbirds and that is also my street size as well.

I could not resist the Tree Flyers in Silver Fern now that they're on sale for $109. They're my favorite pair of running shoes. I've done quite a few reviews on this style, so I won't go into detail here, but feel free to check out my full review here

Tree Dasher Relays are probably my favorite walking shoe and I could not resist them in Calm Teal. I think the color would work well with Lululemon's Iron Blue items. If you haven't tried a pair of these, what are you waiting for! I think Calm Teal is a really nice spring/summer color.

(select colors on sale!)

Hope you all have a fantastic first week of April!

  1. Sorry to hear your hubby is still sick. I hope he's feeling better soon, and sending healthy thoughts your way that you don't catch it too. I think the self-care things you're doing right now is a smart plan.

I've never tried the Tree Flyers, as I'm more of a HIIT person than a runner, but they look really cool! And the Calm Teal of the Relays is such a serene color. I like it a lot. Does the color pull kind of grey, or is my screen deceiving me?

    1. Hi Lola! He's feeling better today, so I think he's passed the worst of it. Yes, I would say Calm Teal is primarily blue and then it does have a gray undertone to it. It's really pretty.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Review! Balenciaga Rodeo Bag Size Small Plus Video

You all know I love my bags, and as a Balenciaga collector, I don't often stray from the City and First style. The Rodeo (pronounced like Rodeo Drive) really caught my eye. It gives off a slouchy Hermes Kelly vibe, but way more practical to use.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall. Balenciaga Rodeo Bag Small The Rodeo can be carried a few ways. It comes with a crossbody strap that is not adjustable but it is removable. Not sure why anyone wouldn't add a few extra holes to make a strap adjustable these days. Come on Balenciaga! Do better! The top handle is a bit too long for this to work anyhow, I feel like the top handle gets in the way. It sticks out and doesn't sit well in my opinion. I wouldn't carry this bag crossbody unless it was an unforeseen emergency and I really needed my hands free. This bag looks more chic carried by the handle or crook of the arm. It also looks nice left open with the help of the flap tucked in. The Rodeo resembles the Kelly bag ...

Review! Lululemon's Large Everywhere Belt Bag Size Comparison Plus Video!

Happy Friday! I can't believe it's almost Halloween! I actually have a dentist appointment on Halloween. One of my molars chipped and needs to be filled in. It's a tiny chip that I didn't even notice until my dentist pointed it out to me during my last visit. I'm not looking forward to it at all since I will need local anesthesia. Anyway, today I have a belt bag size comparison review for you all! For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms.
