FINALLY! Lunar New Year items have arrived! I did not see the Oversized Scuba in Dark Red, did it sell out that fast? I wouldn't be surprised if it did. All of the items in Dark Red are so pretty. I think I will order a couple of things to see in person. Let me know if you bought anything! 😍

I like the Nulu Cropped Define Jacket in Vintage Plum very much, but I'll pass because I'm trying to go on a low buy. If the cropped style proves to be popular, I'm sure Lulu will make it in many other beautiful colours!

We didn't get that in the US. It is really pretty in Vintage Plum though. Something to consider!

DeleteNothing for me but I like Misty Glade and Silver blue and Rover! I had a 25% off coupon but only got one item bc I feel like my closet is saturated with LLL. I got the pace rival in navy. Never tried it but thought a skirt would be cute for summer!

DeletePeople in HK have gotten the Red Scuba and there have been some photos of it on reddit. I saw the Rover Funnel Scuba but it sold out pretty quick.
DeleteI like the nulu define red hoodie but alas, it didn't restock in size 4 in cdn. Also like the cropped define - but sz 4 also sold out, and most sizes sold out shortly after. If it's a LNY item with dark red, it'd be an instant buy and love. I'm just unsure about vintage plum.... Hopefully more colors will come! Also sad that there's no red scuba. I still have hope for TM ..or maybe in store!

DeleteI first noticed the LNY items around 7:00pm ET - not sure when they dropped - I'm thinking around 6:00 because I had checked site earlier in the afternoon. As the night went on it went from 8 items up to 13 items - never saw either of the LNY Scuba's, so I think they are saving them until tomorrow. My theory - they knew a lot of ppl with the 25% off were waiting for the Scuba's and if they dropped a few items tonight, people would panic and order the few pieces they did like and not risk having items in cart sell-out before tomorrow. (worked for me - I had several other items for me and my daughter that I knew were close to selling out, so I used my discount tonight). I don't think LLL wanted to lose that much margin on the Scuba's selling at a 25% discount. Anyway - that's my longwinded theory.... LOL I'm also trying to stay positive that they will still drop here in the US and Canada. xoxo
ReplyDeleteAhhh I didn't see the items until 7:30 pm ET. So just a little after you. You have a really good theory and makes sense! We all know Lulu likes to play games with us. I'll keep an eye out for more items today and probably rest of the week but LNY is literally 7 days away, might not even get these items in time, but at least we can re-use them for Valentine's Day hahahaha.

I don't need another and would prefer black with a gold logo anyway - like the one from a couple of years ago. The Hooded Define Jacket is so, so pretty, but I just hate tight jacket sleeves these days. I'm happy to see it restocked for those who missed it a few weeks ago. Nothing for me this week!

DeleteNot a red person so I’m not that excited about LNY items. Would really love something in pretty Vintage Plum though, maybe a Scuba Light or Hooded Radiant Jacket? The Oversized Scuba is just too cropped and boxy for my liking.
