I myself have three pairs of Tree Dashers. One pair I exclusively use for working out. The other two pairs are my everyday walking shoes. They are seriously hands down the most comfortable sneaker that I have ever owned. As for sizing I would stick to your normal sneaker size if you're new to Tree Dashers.
