Surprise upload! I was expecting more items released for Cyber Monday sale but I randomly checked and there's finally some holiday items! Velour Warm Down Crew Interstellar Dark Gray along with the matching Define Jacket which I kind of want to order to see what it looks like in real life. The super popular Scuba Oversized 1/2 Zip Pink Lychee is already selling out. Lots of new items in Everglade Green and Blue Nile.

I have watched and updated the Cropped Scuba 1/2 zip link several times a day for the past week. I fall asleep on the couch for 2 hours tonight and miss the drop AND it sold out already. Unbelievable. Did LLL only buy 10 of each size? LOL They are really making me consider looking at Athleta or another competitor. My guess is the majority of what sold tonight will end up on eBay for $200+

DeleteI posted an Athleta best of compilation back in August. I would say my favorites right now are the Balance Line, Brooklyn Line. Triumph Joggers are great so are Salutation Joggers- seem to work for a lot of people. The Coaster Luxe Sweatshirt is really soft and cozy too! The wraps are pretty nice- Pranayama Wrap.

I did order the Cashlu Boxy Crewneck in Pink Mist…. Wasn’t looking for it specifically but it’s cute and looks soft and will maybe work well for our Florida “winter”

DeleteFinally received several orders today that were pretty slow in arriving. Seems orders are stuck in “processing” for at least 3-4 days or more before shipping... Anyway - Cashlu Boxy crewneck. Beautiful pink mist colorway but definitely a more substantial, denser knit than I anticipated. I was hoping for something thinner and softer which would have a more flattering drape. I don’t think it would get a lot of use in South Florida. While browsing site one day I stumbled on a grey Scuba oversized cropped half-zip hoodie, which by some miracle actually processed and was shipped. LOL - so that’s a “win” - the grey is nice but like whatever - it’s grey… 💤 LOL. But I’m happy to have another half-zip even if it isn’t the bright pink lychee I really wanted.

I’m at a loss on the lack of new product being uploaded. Reading thru comments on the Scuba reviews - LLL customers are practically desperate and begging for them to refresh the Scuba assortment. All I can guess is it’s truly a supply chain or production issue; or they’re waiting closer to Christmas to do the big unveiling of fresh scuba offerings.
I finally received my order from over a week ago today. Sad to say both items are going back. I will post a review of them before I pack them up. Definitely very slow but it is the holidays.

As for the Scuba Oversized 1/2 zips and Zip ups I think they're really hyped up right now and they sell out almost instantly. Partly because of the supply chain and because of how scarce they are- not a lot of colors released and then we have the resellers who also purchase many to flip for double the price doesn't help at all either. Eventually I think there will be enough to go around. Probably will take some time.
Thanks for the heads-up! I'm tempted by the FTBS Bra in Everglade Green but would still prefer a solid LS Swiftly or 25" Aligns. Both would be lovely in Night Sea, too!
ReplyDeleteMy order from last Thursday (early, early morning!) still hasn't shipped, so I'm kind of just waiting on the cancellation email at this point. I don't even think I'd be that bummed, as I've found a ton of great items/deals on Poshmark lately...and should probably slow down.
I have three packages on the way from Lulu. They're late but what can you do. As long as they eventually arrive and are not lost, I'm okay with it! I definitely need to cool it after all these sales.... =T

I think the shrug is super cute and would pair well for going out and holidays to match with something red... or black or white or everything. I love the la reversible mock neck and the thick fleece half zip! The thick fleece 1/2 zip reminds me of the aritzia oversized 1/4 zip I love. DeleteIn the last drop (I think it was the last drop) I ordered the Wunder Train HR 25” in Hideaway Camo Lunar Rock…. I’m bummed - the fit and support is great - the handfeel of the Everlux fabric is perfect. But the print in person …. I can’t get past the fact that all I see is snakeskin. LOL. Everyone probably sees it differently, but all I see is snake, not hideaway camo…. Maybe it’s a snake hiding away in the camo LOL . I know it will make me self conscious so they are going back.

I took a look, the snakeskin is definitely there, so I get it. It's less noticeable in the Deep Coal version. The Logo Pouch is cute. I would probably stash things that you normally dig from your bag. For me that's usually a mask or keys. You could possibly put airpods in there or something similar.

ReplyDeleteFind your pace shorts in Sonic pink: I really want to try that but I'm not a runner so can't justify a pair for that much money. Also worry about the fraying like some reviewers complained.
Scuba half zip in pink lychee: a very cute color indeed! But it's a bit too similar to ripen raspberry which I have so I shouldn't even think about it! Lol
Btw I bought altheta elation flare pants and I'm liking them so far! It's soft like nulu groove pants but no hemming needed! The flare is a bit more (like) and the tight areas seems looser (tighter would be more slimming). Overall, it's a win :)

Ahhh so lucky! I keep looking at the Elation Flare Pant but the inseam is still 29 inches and too long for me. I would still have to hem them. But they look super comfy. I'm jealous!!
The base pace shorts are 74 cdn each. I think that's the same price for this item during this past summer. 74 cdn is expensive for a pair of running shorts especially when one doesn't run lol. But I've noticed that sweatshirts and leggings etc are generally getting more expensive...!
