Pics - My Aviator Nation Hoodies Are Multiplying!

I can't believe Halloween is over and November is here. Hope everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween. We ended up watching The Nightmare Before Christmas live in concert with Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. I love seeing movies this way. I highly recommend it!

I also have some news to share. The winner to my 5th Anniversary Giveaway still has not collected the Lululemon gift card. If it goes unclaimed by November 5th, which is this Friday, I will pick a new winner. I'll keep you all posted!

Let's get started with today's post. Aviator Nation hoodies are definitely going on my Best Purchases of 2021 list. These two hoodies I bought during their Labor Day sale. I can't believe that was two months ago. My Aviator Hoodie collection is now up to five.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size XS in Aviator Nation. I also wear size 4 in Lululemon tops.

I know the rainbow stripes that is what Aviator Nation is known for may not be for everyone. They do have some more subtle stripes in their collection. The color is Charcoal and the stripes range from white to navy. I actually bought my husband this same hoodie in his size of course. These hoodies are unisex and do run small so keep in mind they run at least a size small for men.

I also purchased the Heather Gray with Gray Stripes. I love this one because it's all monochrome and super easy to wear. These are hands down my favorite hoodies. I wear them almost all the time. They're medium weight and lined with fleece, so they're super soft and cozy.

They do look really good with blue jeans but I also wear them with joggers. Has anyone else switched over from leggings to joggers these days? I rarely wear my leggings anymore. That's it for me! Hope you all have a wonderful first day of November!

  1. I love the charcoal one with blue stripes! It is hard to find unisex clothings that fit petites cos even size XS would be too big, but these Aviator Nation hoodies fit you perfectly! They are truly petite friendly!

    1. Right? I was really surprised when I first tried it on in the XS. This brand runs small which is so unusual these days.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
