Upload! May 4th 2021

This is some upload. Tons of Tidewater Teal, not that I'm complaining, I really love this color. So many items in this color I can't decide what to get! I do want to place an order so if there's anything you'd like to see a fit review of let me know in the comments below.

Did you get anything? The Non Stop BomberCates Tee, and the Everywhere Belt Bag are all calling my name in Tidewater Teal.

In other news, I just got back from my second dose of Pfizer. So far I'm not feeling too bad... but we'll see I hear it takes about 12 hours for it to hit. Wish me LUCK!

(ok this is gorgeous looking. Here's my review from 3 years ago.)

(This is cute, but I could never pull it off.)

(I think I'm definitely getting this.)

(Really wish this was petite friendly!)

(Do I need a 3rd EBB?!)

(please let there be a crop version of this!)

(I dig this outfit!)

(This is a cute outfit too!)

(I am digging this print, hope to see it in something else though!)

(That was a mouthful!)

  1. I picked up a few goodies from last week's WMTM. Today I picked up Speed Up Short 4" in Teal Lagoon. It looks like a nice solid green which is rarely offered by Lulu. I also love Tidewater Teal and Spiced Chai. My vote is Cates Tee in Tidewater Teal.

My sister did not have much reaction at all after her second Pfizer shot. My whole body was pretty sore after my second Moderna shot. The good news is that symptoms pretty much disappear after 24 hours. Good luck to you and your husband!

    1. I ended up ordering the Cates Tee and the EBB. I'll consider it my reward for completing my vaccine! =D

So far we're doing okay, I think we lucked out with the minimal side effects. I just have a sore arm and feel overly tired. I'll take it.

  2. Funny how I always have to go back to the lululemon site after reading your posts on uploads. I would be like “oh do they have this piece in the new upload?” I would’ve missed so many interesting pieces if not for your posts!

I’m really tempted to get the Cashnu Knight Textured Wrap in Tidewater Teal but it’s too expensive! Not a green person but Tidewater Teal is such a gorgeous color! Also interested in a couple hats but wish the brims were wider. Don’t think they are that functional at all.

Oh hope you and your husband won’t have too much of a reaction from the vaccinations. Take a good rest tonight and hope all is well tomorrow!

    1. Hi Andrea! I'm glad you find these posts helpful!

I'm with you, I really like the Cashlu Wrap, but for $148, it's expensive and probably for something I wouldn't reach for that often.

So far we are both feeling okay just overly tired with a sore arm!

  3. I picked up the Speed Up HR in dark red. I missed it last year, so I'm pretty happy I caught this restock.

I hope the side reactions from the second shot will be minimal for you and your hubby!

    1. Hi Karen! Nice! I do love a good pop of color on a pair of shorts. We're both doing okay so far, I can't really complain. I hope your second shot goes well!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
