Fit Review Friday! Cates Tee and Everywhere Belt Bag in Tidewater Teal

Happy Friday!! I finally got a professional haircut after 1 year and 3 months. Sooooo needed it. I texted my hair stylist, "Just warning you my hair is a disaster right now, I have a quarantine cut". He laughed, and replied, “Okay! See you soon!" I probably should have prepared him with more detail than that because he was pretty shocked. He thought my hair was going to be super long, not half shaved off. 😆😂 Long story short, he was able to fix everything and I got the pixie haircut I wanted, so it all ends well!

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms.

I absolutely love Tidewater Teal. It's a fun color that makes me smile every time. It's a cool shade of blue green with a hint of a gray. It reminds me of spring and summer. This is also my third Cates Tee. I got the first two last year on mark down. I did pay full price for Tidewater Teal, so you know I love this color. I'm wearing my usual size 4 and I feel this is true to size. The fit is cropped, slightly boxy and overall a very casual look. The fabric is pima cotton and feels thin, but at the same time it still feels substantial. It's the perfect summer tee.

Also wearing Align Crops. Mine are old - Spiced Chai is very similar.

I also picked up the Everywhere Belt Bag in Tidewater Teal. This will be my third Everywhere Belt bag if I decide to keep it. Do I need a third one? The answer is no, but the color! 😅 If you're looking for an in depth review of what fits in the Everywhere Belt Bag, check out my original review here

I am not usually a fan wearing it around the waist, but even I cannot deny how cute this looks. What do you guys think? Keep or a return? The other two colors I have is Deco Pink and Black Camo Jacquard.

I guess I have always loved this color because I just noticed it matches my Apple Watch band!

Are you as obsessed with Tidewater Teal as I am?

That's it for me! Hope you all have a beautiful weekend!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
