Hope everyone had a nice weekend. We are still working on the bedroom renovation. The flooring is finally done but there are finishing touches we still need to do. Then it's a matter of waiting for all the furniture to arrive. It's looking really nice though! I'm very pleased with how it's turning out.

Today I have an Allbirds review. I love their footwear but I've been meaning to try one of their merino wool cardigans for awhile. I was waiting for a pretty color and when Ironbark popped up, I pulled the trigger.

For reference 4 feet 11 and I'm wearing size XS in Allbirds. Lululemon tops I usually wear a size 4.

This cardigan is super soft. It's made of 100% merino wool and not itchy at all. The sleeves are a little too long but I cuffed them up and it works well. The ribbing matches the trim on the cardigan. I'm wearing size XS and it is a bit too big overall and boxy. It kind of reminds me of a grandpa cardigan. The ironbark blue kind of adds to the feel. The length offers full coverage and hits at my lower hip.

This is a medium weight sweater and has a fairly amount of stretch to it. It's very comfortable. If I'm being really picky, the one thing I did notice about the seams, they are not a solid blue but shows a bit of white. I'm not really sure what's going on there, but it takes a little bit away from the luxe feel.

The buttons are very large and made of recycled polyester.

Also wearing Ebb To Street Tank Size 6
On The Fly Pant Size 4 (old) similar here.

I do wish there were pockets.

This definitely reminds me of something I would throw on at home, I am not sure I would wear this one out of the house to be honest. The cut is just a little too big and a bit boxy. But I do love the color and the super soft feel of this sweater. In the end after going back and forth I decided to return this one. This would definitely work better on someone taller.

Care tag, Carbon Footprint tag, and extra button.

I would love to try this long version Cardi but I do think the length will be too long for my petite frame. I'm sure this would fit more like a duster length. Maybe one day they will make petite sizing! Or perhaps, XXS. That's it for me! Hope you all have a great start to the week!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
