Upload! December 8th 2020

Seems like a smallish drop today which is surprising because the holidays are coming up fast! There's 17 days left before Christmas and if you want packages to arrive on time, I've been hearing all orders need to be placed by the 15th. That's one week away folks!

I will be placing an order today. I have a couple of fit review requests that came in. For those who are new here, I do take requests as long as the item isn't a final sale item. What are you interested in from today's upload?

(And they're back! I will be passing this time around...)

(Pants like these always make me wish I had long legs!)

(They look better in black.)

(Looks like this is back? See my review here.)

(Wish they would release more interesting colors!)

(These look cute and fun. Wish they were more petite friendly. 😐 Fit Review here.)

  1. I'd be interested in seeing a review for the like a cloud longline bra :) Love your blog, as always!

    1. I've added it to my cart. I've been meaning to check out the Cloud Bra anyway! Thanks for the suggestion!

    2. I tried on my usual size of 6 and find it fitted tighter than I'd like. (Didn't try a size up as they didn't have a 10 in store). It is very soft but the padding is not thick enough to hide my nips! For 74 cdn, it's an easy pass for me.

    3. That's funny you mention nips, I just got mine this week and I got my usual 6. The fit wasn't bad, but the padding is very soft but thin, and yes you do see just a tiny bit of nips if you look close....

  2. So disappointed with the small upload. Nothing for me. :(

    1. It is pretty disappointing upload, especially for this time of the year!

  3. Someone posted a pic of the neon tweed jacquard. She also thought it be a fun and cute. I think it was a long sleeve shirt. Anyway, she returned it because the colors were muted, not really neon, no pops of color.

    1. That's my problem with it, too--though I haven't seen in person myself. I would LOVE a truly mixed neon pair.

Nothing for me (so far) this week.

    2. Oh no! That's very disappointing. =(

  4. I ordered the Navigation Loft Trapper Hat in Iron Blue (not new) for my husband. I wanted to get a black camo mask for myself but it was sold out when I was ready to check out. Oh well. Maybe Lulu will come out with a better mask - behind the ears straps with three layers.

    1. Agreed, definitely prefer the loops behind the ears, I think I would have liked the mask a lot more.

  5. I was going to ask you to review the Ready to Rulu 7/8 jogger. Are they sold out already?

    1. Yep, looks like my size is already sold out. Bummer! I'll keep an eye out for restocks.

  6. 16 days til Xmas now! I'm more excited for the boxing day sales than these new uploads. They're just alright. I feel like I've bought so much LLL this year that something really special has to tempt me or I'll wait for WMTM :P

    1. Agreed with you. So far the new uploads haven't been that exciting this year.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
