Fit Review! Ready To Rulu Fleece Pullover, Like A Cloud Bra, Like A Cloud Bra Long Line

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was all too short. I did some last minute online shopping, and picked up some toys for my furkids from Target. I can't believe the week of Christmas is here! What a year it's been. So here we are with part two of my Lululemon order.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches and typically a size 4 in Lululemon tops, for bras I wear a size 6. I'm a 34A.

I was curious about the Ready To Rulu Fleece Pullover and ordered it in my usual size 4 to try. I do think this runs a little large and I should have sized down. It's very roomy all around, especially in the body. The fit is wide and boxy which I wasn't expecting. The fabric is very soft  and I didn't find this to be fleecy at all. It does feel brushed on the outside. The inside is smooth, but the seams going across the body in the front I found to be very stiff and kind of scratchy which was surprising.

The sleeves are long, but I do appreciate the thumbholes. If I were to do it again I would definitely size down unless you prefer the oversized fit. For $108 I think it's a little high for what it is, but if it hits WMTM, I would reconsider. I'm surprised the submarine color sold out so quickly. I think the savannah is also a very pretty color, but between all three colors I prefer the gray.

I ordered both Like A Cloud bras to try. The long line is a fit request but I was curious about the regular version as well. For Lululemon bras I'm a size 6 pretty much across the board. My regular bra size is a 34A or 34AA.

First off, this bra is soooo soft. It really does feel like I'm putting on a bra made out of a comforter. The cups are built in and they are on the thin side, which if you look closely, you do see a little bit of a nip showing through. The straps are comfortable and I liked the criss cross design. I did not feel restricted at all with any arm movements. Overall I really like this bra but I did have one issue with it. If I stretched my arms forward or bent over to touch my toes the front of the bra gaped pretty badly. I'm not sure if this is because I don't have B/C cups. Maybe the extra fabric on top should have been filled by boobage I don't have? I'm not sure. 😆

I really like this bra and wish it worked for me. I found it to be true to size. Next up we have the original Like A Cloud Bra. I also found this to be true to size as well.

The same comfort can be said for this bra as the Like A Cloud Bra Long Line. The major difference is the length and the straps. The straps here are more traditional and they are not adjustable which I think is a major downfall. They are on the longer side and after a few minutes the straps started falling off my shoulders. I should mention that my torso is probably shorter than most. Another difference is I did not have the gaping issue with this bra. I think if this bra had the criss cross strap similar to the long line, I would have kept it. One thing I really did like about both bras - they did not accentuate my back fat. They did a really good job of minimizing it! Both are very comfortable. I would say if you're interested in either of these bras, definitely try it out. It may work for you.

A couple of other purchases I'd like to mention- my all time favorite headband for working out is the Fringe Fighter Headband. I couldn't resist adding a couple of more to my collection. I added Diamond Dye Chrome Violet Verbena and Pink Pastel/Ancient Copper. I also had to have the Vinyasa Scarf in Diamond Dye Graphite Pink Pastel to my Vinyasa collection. I haven't bought a new scarf in forever because I haven't needed to wear one, but this was just too pretty to pass up!

That's it for me! Hope you all have a fabulous Monday!

  1. Thank you for the reviews! I tried and liked the In A Cloud Bra. The only reason that I did not keep it is because the padding is so thin. Hmm, I did not have it long enough to notice the straps falling off the shoulders. Long line bras have not worked for me since the extra length fabric tends to roll on me.

    1. I don't have any long line bras, didn't think about the extra fabric rolling up. Good to know to keep that in mind. Are you a fan of Align tanks? I can't recall if you are or not. I only like wearing those without the bra inserts otherwise the cups seem to get messed up while I'm working out. Since I only wear them at home I don't mind.

    2. I only have one Align tank in black. I have issues with the low cut and bottom rolling up. I am like you, only wear it for working out at home by myself. I will not purchase another one.

  5. I love the Fringe Fighter Headband too! I wear it at home all the time! Thanks for the fit review on the Ready To Rulu Fleece Pullover. It's good to know that it's a size-down item. I think I may pass on it because I like my Find Your Unwind Pullover more. I remember you reviewed that one last year! I bought it after reading your review!

  6. Did you find the long line Like a Cloud rolled up your torso when you moved around or sat down?

    1. Hi there, I didn't have it long enough to see if it rolled up on me. I basically tried it on, moved around to see if I felt restricted in any way and did a forward bend. It did not roll up for any of these movements, but I didn't sit down though.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
