Fit Review Friday! Athleta Black Friday Sale, Willow Fleece and Double Cozy Karma Recover Full Zip Plus Winner Announced!

Happy Friday! I'm sorry this post is up late. I was so full and sleepy after my Thanksgiving dinner I just passed out on the bed with my cats.

So yummy and thankful my husband cooks!

Pumpkin pie for dessert.

And of course my mom had to send me a picture of their Thanksgiving dinner that I'm missing out on this year which makes me 😭

Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving and hopefully got to spend it with someone you love. Now let's get on with this fit review.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size XXS or PXS in Athleta. I'm typically a size 4 in Lululemon tops.

Willow Fleece Size PXS

This is a super cozy fleece jacket and it is very warm. I'm wearing size PXS and it fits well with room to layer. It hits at the hip and the sleeve length is perfect. I do love the unique striping panels on the front. I went with the natural color over the black. I think the natural makes this jacket look a little more elevated and luxe, although the black is a good option as well if you prefer more subtle striping.

The pockets are secured with zippers which is a nice touch.

Overall, I'm very happy with this jacket and can't wait to wear it out! I'm very tempted to just wear this around the house as well. 😆

This jacket is super soft and plushy. It feels velvety soft and silky. I was very close to keeping this jacket but it runs large, I wish this was available in petite because it is a bit boxy and wide even in the XXS. The pockets flare out a bit when I walk and that is the reason why I am returning this one. It would work on someone with a longer torso than me.

Hits at the hip but it bunches up in the back.

The sleeves are just a bit too long and there is extra fabric on the arms. However this is very comfortable and I wish it was more flattering! I really wanted to keep this one!

    1. Athleta holds up pretty well. I have the Tugga Sherpa jacket from last year and washed it and looks like new. I'm pretty pleased! The pottery is on the way to you!!

  5. Both Thanksgiving dinners look so yummy!

I agree with everyone else that the Willow Fleece Jacket is really cute on you. My Double Kozy Karma Jogger in PXS arrived today and it is too short! I love how thick and cozy the fleece is even though the look is not that sexy lol. I reordered the regular XS. Let's hope that it is not too long.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
