Upload! September 29th 2020

We finally got some desert teal and iron blue! I'll have a review up for Scuba Oversized 1/2 Zip Hoodie on Friday. In case you're interested in the desert teal, it's very boxy and wide. I ordered it in the XS/S in the violet verbena and it will be a return for me. I definitely think it's for someone who is a bit taller with longer arms for sure. The fleece is very cozy on the inside but I do feel like it is a little bit thin.

Anything for you this week? I think I'm going to skip this upload even though I'm eyeing the Everywhere Belt Bag Iron Blue and All Night Festival Bag Micro Cassis.

(Looks like the new price is officially $58.)

(I'm sure this will go fast, the other two already sold out in the small size.)

(Hmmm this is interesting!)

(This looks cute I wonder what the length is?)

(I love this bag, very tempted to get this color too.)

(I would like to try this bag, looks so cute.)

  1. I have maybe five align tanks already and wear them twice a week at most so I couldn't justify another in a color I MIGHT like. I want to try the scuba oversize 1/2 zip but not in that color! Even if it might be too boxy...
I like the new saffron color as shown in the Wunder Puff jacket!

    1. I only have one Align Tank so far. I like it but only wear it for working out, so not that often. I would get another one if I really like the print. I am more of a print person vs solid tanks. I was eyeing the Wunder Puff jacket but I think it will look too much like a marshmallow on me! The saffron is very pretty though.

  2. I have spent plenty on Lulu in the last couple of weeks: Swiftly LS Love, two All Yours Hoodies Fleece from WMTM, and Back in Action LS. I am relieved that nothing from this upload tempted me.

  4. I love the pretty Saffron color in the Wunder Puff Jacket but the jacket is definitely missing interesting details. You can definitely get something similar at lower prices.

I have the Apres Piste Jacket for maybe 8 years and it’s still my favourite Lulu winter jacket. It’s waterproof, warm and really cute. https://www.lulufanatics.com/item/9193/lululemon-apres-piste-jacket-black

I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more more for design and quality, not just for the brand name.

    1. Agreed with you there about the Wunder Puff Jacket. Compared with the Apres Piste Jacket you can really tell the difference in details. I am in the market for a new winter jacket. So far leaning towards Patagonia. Haven't 100% made up my mind yet. Will see if anything else pops up before I decide.

  5. Good luck with your winter jacket hunt! ;)

My first ever Swiftly S/S (Black/Rainbow) arrived but It’s going back. The shoulders tend to rise up and the fabric pulls in towards the neckline, creating bulges around the neck opening. I like the L/S version way better.

    1. Oh no, that's too bad! I've had that happen before with some Swiftly S/S as well... it can be a little annoying to see.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
