Upload! March 24th 2020

This upload was late! But better late than never. Nothing that I really have to have but I do like the Seek Softness Mid Rise Crop in stargaze. I think it's such a pretty color and it looks super comfortable to wear. What do you think of tonight's upload? Is anyone even still shopping? How are you all doing? Let me know in the comments below!

(Do these not look super comfy? Would love to try them but they're pricey. Also are wide leg crops still on trend this year? Or does that not even matter to you?)

(This is interesting to say the least.)

(I have to say, not crazy about this fabric.)

(I know this was uploaded last week but didn't get to cover it yet. What do you guys think of this robe?)

(I kinda like this print, but I'm a sucker for purple.)

  1. I need the graphite align crops and I'm very curious about the Wunder Train HR Crops in heathered graphite! I've never tried everlux and I'm not sure how I'd like the drawstring at the waist but they look like more durable aligns I can wear more carelessly.

    1. The bubble dot fabric also looks strange and I've never gotten into wide crop pants.

    2. Hi Janessa, I like the graphite color, but looking for something more colorful for spring. I tried everlux once. The fabric is buttery soft similar to the Aligns, but with a tighter fit.

    3. Thanks for your input. I got them to try :D

    4. Nice do let me know what you think of them!

  2. I also like the Dark Chrome color, would definitely like to know what it looks like it real life! Nothing for me this upload though. I did order the new Sculpt tank in wild bluebell and am looking forward to seeing how it looks and fits. I really dig the wild bluebell color, I snagged a Scuba in that color and it really is quite pretty and happy.

I’ve still been shopping here and there. My husband is teleworking full time which has been extremely helpful and a blessing for us. Just trying to stay positive and keep myself occupied. Hope you are doing well!

    1. I have not really bought anything this month. My last purchase was the Athleta Stay Fly Windbreaker and work clothes.I'm trying to hold out a little longer before I make anymore purchases.

My husband and I are both working from home too, but we're a little worried about how safe our jobs are at the moment.

But I'm still doing my daily workouts which help a lot since we are indoors all the time now. Stay safe!

  3. The Seek Softness Mid Rise Crop looks comfy but why is it so expensive?! I like wide leg crops/culottes and don’t care much whether it’s on trend. This one might be too long on us petites though ...

I didn’t check out the upload yesterday and can’t believe the newly released Align Crop in Graphite Grey in size 2 is gone! I guess everyone is bored and do online shopping lol!

Tempted to get the Hooded Define in Diamond Dye but hate the thought of having to mail it back if it doesn’t work (I’m in between sizes for Define and not sure about the hooded one).

I’ll probably order the Align Crop Rejuvenate Dark Chrome if it shows up on the Canadian site. Like you, I’m a sucker for purple. :)

    1. Are you going to get the Dark Chrome Aligns? Let me know if you do, I wonder if the color is as nice as it looks. The Hooded Define runs a little bigger than the normal Define Jacket so if you're in between sizes you might be able to get away with the smaller size.

I've been reading more and watching the tv more to pass the time! Trying to stay off the shopping sites for now. Ask me again when it's April LOL.

    2. I was going to order the Align Crop but then I asked myself if I needed it, and the answer was no. You know what’s going on with my little one so I guess I’ll save the money for his meds and vet bills. :)

  5. I thought it was interesting to see a re-upload of colorways that were on WMTM not long ago--such as the Porcelain Pink Swiftly Tech Racerback, all Breeze in Jackets (that were JUST there...because I almost bought), and the Pink Glow Energy Bra High Neck. New season, same stuff I guess!

We're hanging in there. My job is looking safe for now, and my hubby just got an offer today. I broke my no spending rule to grab the Energetic Edge Crop Tank for $31 (!!!) from Soulcycle's big sale. It's pretty picked over now, but they had some really awesome deals this week.

    1. Sometimes it is hard to tell what's new these days. I have noticed the recycling of items. I guess if it doesn't sell the firs time they pull it and wait for another season.

Congrats to your hubby! That is amazing.

      Stay safe and indoors!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...
