Upload! Lululemon X Roksanda & Athleta Update

What do you all think of the Roksanda collaboration? I love the outfits shown on the model, but realistically I do not find any of this wearable. Just thinking about me in the Inner Expanse Infinity Coat makes me laugh. It's not a look I could pull off. None of the items look petite friendly either. The only person I know who could possibly pull this collection off is my model friend who is 5 foot 10 and 130 lbs.

What do you think of this collection?

Back to the regular upload!

I can't say the regular upload is any better to be honest. Pretty boring in my opinion. Nothing for me this week!

(I can't tell what's new about it?)

Now for some Athleta!

Since the Short Sweet & Sherpa Jacket didn't quite work out for me, I've been looking elsewhere and came across sherpa jackets from Athleta.  I think I'll stop by the Athleta store over the weekend in search of these items. I think I'm most excited for the Ritual Jacket Dogwood Mauve.

(I love this pink!)

(I'm hoping these fit better than last years version.)

  1. I’m disappointed with the uploads , I don’t like the collaboration clothing they could of done better. I don’t think any of it is wearable for us petite.

    1. Agreed. The colors are also very loud and it doesn't suit my wardrobe.

  2. I actually liked the collab this time. I loved the colors, feminine touches and high end fashion. Most of the items look functional as well. So tempted by the duffel bag. The pricing is crazy high though. The upload was funny to me. First part was full of color and better posing. Then scroll down further and the regular upload was dull, colorless and absolutely no posing. Didn’t buy anything this time.
I’ve been looking at the Sherpa from athleta too- hope you do a fit review :)

    1. So true, when I first saw the new Roksanda items, I actually thought for a second that I was at the wrong website. LOL! I'm pretty sure a lot of it will end up on WMTM. The only thing I would get is the duffle!

I'll definitely drop by the store this weekend, but looks like so far the one near me doesn't have the Sherpa items in stock. Might have to place an order.

  3. I have the Ritual jacket in both black and abalone gray, it’s nice and cozy, a bit tight through the back armpit area, but the jacket is so soft that I forget about it when I’m wearing it! The pockets are placed a little funny but I didn’t purchase it for the pockets. :)

I also have last year’s Cozy Sherpa reversible jacket and love that as well! I have the mauve color. The sherpa is so wonderfully soft and it’s not too long, I’m 5’3” and got a lot of wear out of it. I like it so much that I just purchased the maple red color for this year. I hope you try both!

    1. Ahhh thank you for your review! I think I'm definitely going to get the Ritual jacket to try. The Cozy Sherpa I'm not 100% loving the maple red and the dark gray is out of stock in my size. I may try the Tugga Sherpa Jacket instead. Or maybe I'll just order all three and see in person. =)

    2. I also have the Tugga Sherpa jacket. I got it in black. It’s not exactly petite friendly and I would definitely size down, but it is also so soft and cuddly that I kept it too. :)

    3. Wow! You have the fall wardrobe I need. I should really check Athleta out more often.

  4. I like the look of the Athleta sherpa jacket! Nothing for me but I'm loving the garnet align crop.

  5. Nothing for me and while the Roksanda collaboration has creative designs, I don’t think It would work for most of us. If I had to buy one item from the Roksanda collaboration it would have to be the duffel LOL!

  6. Love your choice of pink jacket at Athleta! I saw a similar one from Patagonia.

The century pink color looks much lighter in real life, similar to the Athleta pink. I ended up getting the vest version of this.

    1. Ohhh thanks for the link! If the Athleta one doesn't work out, I will order the Patagonia one. Glad the century pink is much lighter in real life. I wouldn't have thought to try it otherwise.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
