Fit Review! Kids Rothy's Loafer and Sneaker

After receiving my Rothy's copper pointy flats, I wanted to give the kids loafer and sneaker a try. For reference I fit a size 5 in women's pointed toe flats. For kids sizes I fit a 3 in the sneaker and size 4 in the loafer. My normal shoe size is 5, sometimes 5.5.

I really love the White Rainbow sneakers and they arrived just in time for Pride month! I'm pretty excited to try these out. It's been rainy all weekend. 😕 Hopefully I can wear them out next weekend.

I'm actually very impressed with the loafer. It's too bad my husband hated the red zebra print. He said it reminded him of a bad 70's rug. 😆 I returned these but I am hoping they restock the Navy Crest Loafer in a size 4.

(Also like these as well.)

I think for the price, if you have small feet definitely give the kids selection a try. The sneakers cost $55 and loafers are $65. They're less than half the price of the adult version!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! My husband and I just celebrated our 4th anniversary. We went to District M for omakase.

    1. I wasn't alive during the 70s, so I'll just have to take his word for it. HA!

  3. You and your husband look so sweet together - congratulations! And it's great that he doesn't hold back on his opinions of your purchases :)

I was also wondering if you are planning to do a post on Coach's summer sale? Curious if any of their purses/bags have caught your eye recently.

    1. Thank you! Yes I am, I actually did order a Rogue which arrives today. Hopefully I'll get a couple of shots of it and write a post on the sale. I'm not sure how long the sale lasts though.

    2. Oh, that would be terrific, thank you! I never thought much of Coach until you started posting about their new line and since then, I bought the Rogue 25 Tea Rose in the same classic black that you have, a Dakota in dusty rose, and a Rogue in green with whipstitch handle. You are bad for my wallet (which isn't a Coach :)

    3. Those are very nice Coach bags. I love the green Rogue whipstitch handle too. I don't have a Coach wallet either. The bags I really love though! I got my Rogue and absolutely love it! I can't wait to share it on the blog.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
