Upload! May 28th 2019

What do you think of tonight's upload? There are many new items that I kind of like, but nothing that I have to have. Do you feel the same way? Plus I also just bought a ton of summer bottoms, so I shouldn't even be looking. A lot of reviews coming up for petite friendly pants for summer.

(Love how this tank looks, especially the back of it.)

(This is pretty, although a little plain in the front.)

(That is briiiiiiight!)

(I like these, but wish it wasn't high rise.)

  1. Nothing for me. Thinking of getting the In Flux Jacket but they’ve been offering the same colors for the third time. Wondering if they are trying to sell old stock. Would love to see this jacket in Grey or a nice Purple.

Was interested in the Every Journey Hoodie but would prefer it in French Terry. Reviews are not that positive.

My On the Fly Wide Leg 7/8 Pants should be arriving tomorrow. Will let you know if I like them at all.

    1. The In Flux Jacket was always a weird fit for me, I think because I have a short torso. A purple would be really nice in it though.

I had many hopes for the Every Journey Hoodie, but wasn't meant to be. Didn't wow me at all.

Nice! Let me know what you think! I ended up pulling the trigger and bought them. I just love how comfy they are. Wore them a couple of times already. It's bad that I'm now considering buying them in the off white color too and possibly hemming them to true crop length for summer.

    2. Glad you kept the On The Fly Wide Leg 7/8 Pant! It’s hard to find a pair of flattering wide leg pants for us petite ladies. :)

I remember trying on the In Flux in size 4 and it fitted me better than the Define. Didn’t like the colors offered though.

I had high hopes for the Every Journey Hoodie too, Saw it at a store but it looked so sloppy and there was a lot of puckering along the seams. I find Nulu too clingy and French Terry would’ve given it better structure. Too bad cos I love asymmetrical styles.

  2. My On the Fly Wide Leg 7/8 Pants arrived and I’m on the fence. Size 0 fits better but then the rise is too tight, Size 2 is not huge but then there is a lot of excess fabric in the tummy area. Not sure if I’m going to keep any of them. For that price I have to make sure that it fits well.

    1. Bummer! It's expensive, so I don't blame you for wanting to return both. Maybe try a different style?

    2. I’m thinking of ordering another pair of size 0 to try on cos you know the fit can be slightly different from pair to pair. Funny that I have three pairs of On The Fly Pant 27” and they are all different in length and width of legs.

Haven’t decided yet cos while it’s nice and comfortable, I don’t really need it .., Only if it wasn’t so expensive!

    3. I'm starting to see why you like OTF bottoms so much. I definitely prefer the woven over the luxtreme though. Maybe also try another size 2 in case you find one cut a little smaller. You never know! They are expensive, but I am in dire need of some summery pants. That's how I justified it!

  3. Nothing for me this week. I did pick up my first pair of aligns last week! I haven't worn them to work out but I really like the fabric and fit!

    1. Yay! Glad you finally got a pair of Aligns. I would only do a light workout in those, well definitely no to running! Enjoy them!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
