Fit Review! Sculpt Tank & Wunder Under Hi-Rise Central Saint Martins Nulux

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I can't believe it's already Monday! I have one Sculpt Tank in my collection and I wear it a lot. In fact I wear it more often than my Swiftly Racerbacks. I'm considering selling some of my Swiftly tanks to fund more Sculpt Tanks. Last year I purchased a Sculpt Tank in marvel and decided to go with the size 4. This time I decided to go with a size 2 in mineralize. Both sizes feel comfortable to wear, I already worked out in the size 2 and love it. I think between the two sizes I prefer the 2 because it's shorter in length. The size 4 can look a bit long in the back. If you're interested I have some photos of it here.

I definitely enjoy how thin this tank is. Definitely keeps me cool during my workouts with the mesh in the back. Hoping to snag a couple more colors in the near future after I offload some Swiftly tanks.

I was super excited to purchase an item from the Central Saint Martins collection. I completely missed out on it last year. Also it reminds me of a better version of beachscape. The colors are not as bright as they are in the stock photos which is a little disappointing because I do love bright colors. The inside is lined with white and I did not have the issue with the white showing through the print.

I love nulux so I find these to be super comfortable as long as you do not wear them for running. I learned my lesson there. I mainly wear them for my weight training and I'll even wear them out on the weekends to do errands. I'm leaning towards keeping these, but will have to get them hemmed. I have these rolled up on the inside which is why they look a bit funny near my ankles.

What do you guys think of the tulle print? Yay or nay? I do think it's hard to match though... Can only really wear white, gray, black and maybe the light blue like I was trying to match...

Sunday workout done!  (I mainly workout at home)

  1. I like both items. I think I would like the print better in crops tbh.

    1. I was thinking if I could prefer them to be crops. My only concern is that the stripes are horizontal, so if I cut them at the calves they might make my legs look shorter.

  2. I received my Tulle print leggings on Saturday and have the same disappointment that you did. The colors are just not very vibrant like they looked in the website. I don’t notice much fade since it’s nulux but I’m still on the fence about keeping them. I may wait and see what else comes out in the next week or so to decide. On a side note, how do you feel about the shibori in the green pattern? I didn’t think I would like it but after seeing and trying it in store I picked them up. They are 28 inches but fitted enough that they looked ok folded up at the bottom instead of hemming.

    1. Agree, not 100% sold on the tulle print. I still have tags on and waiting to see what is released tomorrow. I'm usually not great with greens. I think it makes my skin tone look more yellow? It depends on the green, if it's a dark green I would be okay with it, but the mid to light greens are usually a hard color for me to wear. I'm totally considering returning the tulle tights for 2 pairs of shorts instead haha.

  3. I ended up gettin the kaskade print, and it’s gorgeous!! Super bright and vibrant in person, and the pattern is very slimming (even on short legs). I’m still on the fence about keeping the tulle- it just wasn’t as flattering and the colors weren’t as bright. But it does remind me of beachscape, so I’m still thinking about it...

    1. I ended up returning the tulle print today. Just wasn't in love with it on me. Too baggy around the ankles and wasn't as bright. I'm glad you love the kaskade print though!! Went to the store today to try on a couple of shorts, didn't work out for me only ended up buying a Fringe Fighter headband on sale for $9.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
