Photos- Swiftly Racerback Quicksand & Wunder Under Hi-Rise Tight Nulux Peony

Happy Friday everyone! This isn't really a fit review since I've done so many on Swiftly tanks and Wunder Under Tights but I still wanted to post some photos to show how the colors look on a petite frame.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms.

This particular Swiftly is a bit on the thin side. It's not as nice and thick as some of my other colors. Also because it is thinner fabric I found it to be not as flattering, meaning it shows all your lumps and bumps if you prefer the tank to be fitted. The outside felt soft as usual, but on the inside the tank felt a little bit scratchy. I decided to return this one even though I really love the color.

Next up, is the peony print in Wunder Under Hi-Rise Tight in nulux. I really love me some nulux! It's right up there along with nulu.

This pair was actually gifted to my from my bff. I love it so much and right now it's on sale and available in all sizes except 12. The length is a bit long on me, but I just wear them folded underneath and it stays put for the most part. I really love this print and I'm not usually a flowery kind of gal. Waist sits right under my belly button and I think it looks great and perfect for some casual wear on the weekends.

I have to keep this post short tonight! My apologies I have a visitor coming this weekend and Sherlock is still taking up a lot of my time. I try and spend as much time with the little guy. He's hanging in there still. He has a doctor's appointment next Tuesday to see how he's doing on the medication and will get another round of treatment.

I received my Lululemon order and will try and schedule a photo shoot on Sunday morning as long as it isn't raining. (again!) Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Review! Balenciaga Rodeo Bag Size Small Plus Video

You all know I love my bags, and as a Balenciaga collector, I don't often stray from the City and First style. The Rodeo (pronounced like Rodeo Drive) really caught my eye. It gives off a slouchy Hermes Kelly vibe, but way more practical to use.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall. Balenciaga Rodeo Bag Small The Rodeo can be carried a few ways. It comes with a crossbody strap that is not adjustable but it is removable. Not sure why anyone wouldn't add a few extra holes to make a strap adjustable these days. Come on Balenciaga! Do better! The top handle is a bit too long for this to work anyhow, I feel like the top handle gets in the way. It sticks out and doesn't sit well in my opinion. I wouldn't carry this bag crossbody unless it was an unforeseen emergency and I really needed my hands free. This bag looks more chic carried by the handle or crook of the arm. It also looks nice left open with the help of the flap tucked in. The Rodeo resembles the Kelly bag ...

Fit Review! Aviator Nation Navy Hoodie 5 Stripe

Is it already Monday? This weekend just flew by. For the first time since early 2020, I met up with a friendly neighbor and we went out for dim sum. At the end we hugged since I hadn't seen her in forever. I told her, "You're the first person I hugged since the pandemic started that isn't my husband!" 😄  For today's post, this is a hoodie I've been dying to try for months but kept putting it off because of the price tag. Aviator Nation is not cheap. Not a whole lot makes me pause because I'm used to seeing Lululemon hoodies priced at $128-$138. Aviator Nation comes in at a whopping $189.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and I am wearing a size XS in Aviator Nation. For Lululemon tops I typically wear a size 4. 5 Stripe Hoodie  Navy Size XS The interesting thing about Aviator Nation is their hoodies are unisex sizing. The available sizes are XS-XXL. The female model is shown wearing size XS while the male model is shown wearing size large. I took a c...
