Lululemon Upload! October 30th 2017

Greetings from New Orleans! The weather here is wonderful. 70s during the day and it's been sunny the entire time here so far. I've been eating up a ton and not working out at all. Will have to get back to my regular routine when I get home. I have been walking around a lot though, so that helps a little bit!

There IS a Lululemon here, and I did go to check things out. I'll have a store try on post soon! For tonight's surprise upload, I'm eyeing a couple of things. The Scuba Hoodie is cute. We haven't seen a print Scuba in a while. I really love the desert teal Swiftly. Did you order anything? I'm waiting to see how much damage I do in New Orleans before I place an order. 😂

(How pretty is this teal colored Swiftly?!)

(I'm curious to try this one on since I love the pink and purple together)

(I actually really like this print, but I'm not a fan of fullux, I really wish they would release more prints in the nulu or nulux)

(I've added this to my cart because it's so cute, but I'm also pretty sure I won't ever need this in Atlanta!)

(I also really like this in theory but would also probably never wear it)

  1. Glad y'all are having so much fun in New Orleans! I wonder how the fabric is on the desert teal swiftly, it looks extra slick (but might just be pics).

My Down for a Run Jacket (purple) from 2 years ago is one of my favorite running jackets - it's so light weight and sooo warm once I get going (with nothing but a Swiftly under in 30F weather). I'm excited to see what the changes are this year and what colors it'll come in. Maybe a pullover this year too.

Hehe I love the Toasty Toque Misty Pink too! It's so pretty and cute.

    1. I'm back! New Orleans was great.

I still do not run outside... too chicken! Treadmill it is for me. =(

Yeah, do you ever wear hats in Atlanta?

    2. So I've worn pom pom hats when we go to Avalon to walk around when it's cold... otherwise hats are too hot indoors, and usually we're driving somewhere, walking <1 min into store, then indoors. Ya know? :)

  3. I like the patterned scuba hoodie. I found the new version to be very high in the neck area. Have you tried it on?

    1. I did do a review comparing the Scuba III and IV. The IV is high on me when zipped up, but they all are.... even the III. I have one Scuba IV in the alberta lake color. I do wear it a lot and is one of my favorites. But my all time favorite is the heathered bark berry.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
