Review- Stripe Breeze Cross Tank + See What's New At Athleta!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Just wanted to post a quick review on this Athleta top I purchased. Unfortunately it's currently sold out online. I'm wearing size XXS. This is a very loose fitting top. I would say it runs big but I don't mind loose tops for summer.

I really love the back criss cross detail which is also what gives it a nice drape. This is one of those tops I want to live in. Material is super soft and while it is also a bit see-through, it doesn't bother me. This is definitely a great top for casual wear. I do not think I would ever work out in this.

Currently, Athlete still has a great sale going on. They are also giving an extra 20% off sale items with code EXTRA20. Ends tomorrow though!

I also took a look at Athleta's newest offerings, and they have some really cute stuff. Here are my picks.

(I think this color is really pretty, reminds me of a dusty mauve color)

(I would totally wear this dress, but sadly it does not come in petite sizing.)

(I may need this sweatshirt. It looks super cute, especially the back and it comes in petite!)

(Comes in a pretty pink too.)

(Kind of living the jacquard look for these)

(I would love to wear this to work, but I get too hot in anything that close to my neck)

(This looks so comfortable and soft, but doesn't come in petite sizes, but I may try anyway!)

(Pretty rose mauve color)

(I love a pair of cute socks)

What do you think of Athleta's latest? I seriously think they have some cute stuff that I want to try. They have really stepped up their game lately. I've already filled my cart up with quite a few items. I see a blog post about Athleta review coming up soon! If you're new to Athleta, you can receive 20% off your first full price purchase with my referral link. Hope you all have a great Monday!

  1. I know athleta has been making some great items lately!! I have bought quite few things over the past 3 weeks. I just recently received the coaster sweatshirt in the pretty pink color. The color is amazing and the shirt is super soft. It does run a little big, even in petite but the frustrating part is i had a snag right away. I don't even remember what snagged the material. Would say it is really sensitive. I have an ambarassing amount of swiftly's and never has that happened...
I bought the intuition tight in MP and they are super cute! Have not worked in yet though but I think they are worth a try for sure! Also got the criss cross sweatshirt in abyss- it is gorgeous! By far one of my best purchases from athleta along with the powervita 7/8 tight, breezy t-shirt and a studio wrap!! Thank you for the reviews!

    1. That's a bummer about your coaster sweatshirt. I'm sure Athleta will take it back and exchange for a new one. I've had a couple of snags on my Swiftly tanks, but never right away. I pretty much live in the Studio Wraps. I have 3 of them now, and wouldn't mind getting more either. Athleta seriously has stepped up their game. I placed a semi large order last night with them. Super excited for the Coaster Sweatshirt even though it's delicate...

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
