Werkshop Angler Full Length Leggings! Plus Zen Garden Chapter 2 Launch!

I ended up returning my Purple Scales leggings in exchange for these Angler ones.  I decided while I did like the full length I wasn't totally convinced the Purple Scales was for me.  Werkshop was great throughout the return and exchange process.  The whole thing took about two weeks for me to get my Angler leggings.  It was very simple to do.  I sent them an email and they approved my exchange with a RMA number that I had to include with the Purple Scales.  Once they received the leggings they sent out the replacement Angler leggings in a couple of days.

I kind of enjoy scary and creepy things much to my husband's dismay.  I definitely can see myself wearing these out casually as well as for doing yoga or running.

Totally digging these sharp teeth!

As for size these are a size small and I normally wear a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms.  As of right now the website has all sizes in stock.

The length of these are super long at 28.5 inches.  My inseam is about 26 inches so you can get an idea.  I am super short with short legs and short torso.

Werkshop also recently just launched their Zen Garden Chapter 2 last week.  I'm definitely eyeing the Cherry Blossom print.  They come in both crop length and full length.  I'm still waiting for them to restock the Geisha print in the full length.  Those will be mine!

  1. I am not sure whether to order size small or medium. It's an international order. What do you think your waist size would need to be less than for a small to be comfortable?

    1. If your waist is a 25-26 inches a size small would be fine. Any bigger than 26.5 inches, maybe size up. I personally don't like things to fit too tight around my waist. Hope that helps!

  2. These are super cute on you! I think they could be a great going out pants with a flowing shirt, cropped leather jacket and booties. I got the crane crops and I love them! The only pair I am missing that I want is the ghost & stars version of the galaxy print! They are so beautiful!! Or maybe something from the final zen garden release...

    1. I think I have the ghost & stars one? That was my first pair! But yes I will totally wear the Angler with some cute boots and jacket for fall. I can't wait to try that outfit!

  3. Do you find these compressive? I like good compression (lulu's tight stuff tights are a favorite of mine!) but I don't want that muffin top. Debating between size xs and s, usually a size 4 in lulu.

    1. They're supposed to be compressive, but I went with the size small because I didn't want the muffin top either, and because of that they're a more casual fit. The waist is pretty tight on me at the size small, so XS would definitely give me major muffin top. Otherwise I'm pretty sure the rest of me could do the XS. I'm a size 4 also in Lulu. You could always buy both and see. They're return and exchange policy is pretty easy.

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...
