Fit Review! On The Fly Crop & Dance Studio Crop

Hope everyone had a nice relaxing weekend or at least did something enjoyable! Summer is halfway over. That said I'm doing okay so far on my no shopping ban. Last weekend I went to Lululemon to see what was new but ended up finding a lot of goodies on markdown!  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically a size 4 in Lululemon bottoms. Dance Studio Crop Red Dust Size 4 The length of these  Dance Studio Crop s are 25 inches and are very petite friendly. They actually fit like full length pants on me. I'm wearing the size 4 and found it to be true to size. They're currently on WMTM for $69. They are unlined and made of light weight Swift fabric. The waistband has a drawstring so you can customize the fit. All of the colors are currently on WMTM . I also saw a bunch of On The Fly Crops on markdown as well. I picked up the grey sage and red dust to try. Both of these are woven.   On The Fly Crop Grey Sage Size 4 Th

Nordstrom Anniversary Haul Part 2

Happy Friday and it's already August! You know it might as well be Halloween, haha. It's also the first day of my ban. Which was weird because even though I didn't buy anything today, I still spent money, and a lot of it. I had to get my hair done and that cost a decent amount since I'm also getting highlights. Since I'm talking about my day, I'm going to share a story with you all. This morning was a nightmare. The fire alarm went off in the building at 6:30 am. I'm not sure how many of you know this, but I am NOT a morning person. AT ALL. My husband and I ran to grab all five of our cats and into their carriers. It took about 10 minutes altogether. Which we think is too long and we should work on cutting that time down. We carried them to the parking garage and into the car because that was the only area where the alarm wasn't blaring. The cats were all super freaked out. Flash was the only one who wasn't trying to hide. The moment we set the

Upload! July 30th 2019

Small upload this week. Dark Adobe is officially back and I kinda love it. I am totally eyeing the  On The Fly 7/8 Pant  in dark adobe, but I wonder if they will release it in the woven fabric as well. For those of you who have been reading my blog for awhile, I am going on a shopping ban for the month of August. I do this every year along with Frugal February. For me, every 6 months is a good time to reset my spending habits. Tomorrow is the last day for me to make my last purchases for the month of July. Then starting August 1 through the 31st, I'll be on a ban. I will still try and do updates and store visits for try ons only. Wish me luck! I'm gonna need it... Did you buy anything lately? I'm still recovering from Coach and Nordstrom. If you're joining me on my August ban, let me know. I would love to have some company. Nordstrom Anniversary Haul! Rails Hunter Plaid Shirt & AllSaints Rosey Scarf

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Summer is halfway over. Enjoy the rest of it! My Nordstrom order finally arrived. This is half of my order. The other half is coming up soon. I've always been curious about the hype over Rails button downs and finally took the plunge and ordered a couple to try. They are seriously soft and very comfortable.   For reference I'm 4 feet 11 and typically a size XS in tops, size 4 in Lululemon tops, XXS/PXS in Athleta tops.   Rails Hunter Plaid Shirt Size XS This runs true to size. The length is what I prefer when wearing button down shirts. I'm a child of the 90s and loved the grunge era. This reminds me of my teens and the 90s are back in at the moment. The length covers your bum. I personally do not like tucking these kind of tops into my jeans because of all the excess fabric. It's bunchy and not comfortable.  The sleeves are a tad long, but luckily these tops are made for rolling them up.  I&

Fit Review! Birkenstock's Kids Mayari & Gizeh

Happy Friday everyone! Some of you probably noticed that I haven't had any photo shoots in my apartment lately. I've been trying to refrain from ordering online and to visit the stores more. I am however waiting for my Nordstrom anniversary order to arrive. This week I haven't been able to get to a store for some try ons, but I do have a quick review of these Birkenstock sandals in kids sizes. I normally fit a size 5 in shoes, a size 5.5 in sneakers. For Birkenstock kids I fit a size 34. These are really stylish sandals for kids and I'm pretty surprised at how comfortable they are. I have normal width feet and these only come in narrow, but they're meant to fit narrow/normal width. Birkenstock Gizeh   The adult version costs $100. The price is $60 for the kid size. The difference in price is decent. The comfort level is out of this world. I feel like these are made for your feet. The mocha color is a medium dark brown that also goes nicely with the cor
