Petite Impact

Happy Friday! My Athleta order arrived from their Members Event last week. I'm mainly looking out for office clothes and fall joggers. I'm pretty much set everywhere else.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and typically wear size PXS or XXS in Athleta. I also wear size 4 in Lululemon tops and bottoms. Sequoia Sweater Magnolia White Size XS also wearing Ribbed Softstreme MR Wide-Leg Cropped Pant 25" Size 6 I really love this  Sequoia Sweater , but the sleeves are too long and baggy. I'm debating if I want to exchange it for size XXS. The only thing is I really like the length of the XS. The fabric feels really high quality. It's a thick, dense knit that's a little on the heavier side but also very soft. I'm loving the thumbholes but I really think they should have released this sweater in petite sizing. The price is high for Athleta - $239. Yikes! I would only recommend purchasing this on sale and if you do want to try it, consider sizing down.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend. I mainly stayed in and binged on Netflix. 😅 I just needed one of those weekends, you know? I did do some chores like laundry and cleaning. I wasn't a complete sloth. My Athleta haul finally arrived and I'm very pleased with almost everything I bought. I'm also getting all my shopping done before my August no buy month. In Motion Seamless Tank Damask Mauve Size XS also wearing Align Short 6" (old) I had originally tried this tank on at the store a couple of months ago but didn't buy it at full price. I pulled the trigger once it went on sale and got an extra 30% off! I'm wearing size XS and I like the fit. It's a little bit long on me but the bottom hem is elastic with rubber grips which keeps it from riding up. It'll be perfect for my weight worko

  Lots of sales happening right now. I'm eyeing some linen and cashmere items. I know it's hard to think about cashmere when it's 95 degrees out, but trust me, come September - you'll be wishing you had snagged some of these pieces for up to 60% off back in July. 😆 It's also sweltering in Atlanta and I am definitely ordering a couple of linen pieces.
