If you're into leopard prints, this drop is for you! Lots and lots of leopard. Not for me, but I'm sure there are people who love the look. Still haven't placed my Lululemon order yet, but I did purchase a Vuori hoodie on sale for $78! I posted the link below.
For the first time in maybe 10 years, I have no idea what direction to go with clothing. I wonder if I'm hitting that stage in life where I don't know what to wear anymore. Or at least I don't know what new clothing to buy. Lululemon and Athleta seem to be targeting the Gen Z crowd too much these days. There's very little clothing that is speaking to me. I really like this Varley zip up, but the way it's styled seems like it's trying to look like it's Hermes or something! I'm looking for something casual, but still looks put together without trying too hard. Anyone else feel this way?

That's a great price for that hoodie! The color is nice too. It's a warm, neutral.
ReplyDeleteI'm still able to find some things to buy, but I agree that my spending is slowing quite a bit. I'm not totally convinced that it's age. I think a lot of it is that the current trends aren't really my style. I don't like cropped. I'm not into animal prints (which I'm seeing everywhere.) I feel like a dork with long white socks, black leggings and white sneakers (I do think it looks cute on others, but not me). Wide leg pants don't look good on me. It's been easy to pass up a lot of things. I do love Spring and bright colors though, so I'm looking forward to a color palate change. I guess only time will tell if it's the current fashion, age or both.
Hi Stacy! I agreed with all the things you're not into! I think it is a little bit of both. The trends are not my taste. I also no longer like to wear tight clothing or high rise. A lot of it just doesn't suit me. I'm also into neutral colors lately. I feel like there's very little out there that I want in terms of clothing.
DeleteThe leopard print is cute but not for me. I ordered the Swiftly Cropped SS in Pink Pearl/Candy Cloud and the High-Rise Running Short 3". I told myself I wouldn't get as much use out of the LS version of the Swiftly and that I would wait to see if a SS was released. Here we are! The shorts sort of look like an updated Track That, so I'm interested to try.
ReplyDeleteHi LZ! Let me know how you like the shorts! I should probably branch out of my Hotty Hots, I have 10 pairs on rotation and still love them.
DeleteI think I can only do a little bit of leopard if at all. Something small. I guess just because you're a cat person doesn't mean you'll love leopard 🤣 Cindy
ReplyDeleteHi Cindy! LOL. Exactly.
DeleteSomething small like an accessory? Maybe a hair tie? Scrunchy? Socks? LOL.
