Fit Review Friday! Athleta Form Knit Full Zip, Form Knit Crew Sweatshirt, Sunday Rib Dolman Top, Sunday Rib High Rise Pant

Happy Friday! Finally a proper Fit Review Friday. I haven't been to an Athleta store in so long, that there were tons of new items for me to try. I mainly focused on their Form Knit and Sunday Rib collection.

For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall. I typically wear size PXS in Athleta. I also wear size 4/6 and XS/S in Lululemon.

I was very interested in their Form Knit full zip hoodie. The fabric feels soft, yet structured. It's somewhat on the thicker side, and feels high quality. Fit is very oversized. I'm wearing size XXS and it's still really big on me. It does come in petite sizing, but the smallest size is Petite XS. I think I may be sized out in this hoodie. 😔 It's currently on sale for 30% off.

I love the double zipper.

Next we have the crew sweatshirt in Form Knit and it has a side zipper detail. I'm wearing size XS and I think this has a more flattering cut than the full zip hoodie. Fit is relaxed and not as oversized. I'm a little confused as to why there's such a drastic size difference between the two styles within the same collection. This is also currently on sale for 30% off.

Very comfortable.

Now for the hidden gem! The Sunday Rib collection feels amazing. The fabric is ribbed yet super soft. It's considered to be loungewear, but you could definitely wear this out and about. I would say it's elevated loungewear. 😆 It's super plushy and very cozy. Basically it feels like heaven!

I love how this top looks tucked into the pant.

I did see the entire Sunday Rib collection in the store and it all looked and felt so good. For me, the standout item goes to the Sunday Rib High Rise Pant. The Chocolate Brown Heather is my favorite color and then the Dark Heather Gray would be my second choice. I went home and immediately placed an order for both colors in Petite XS.

(I have the waistband folded down for a mid-rise look.)

The inseam measures 28 inches and I need to get them hemmed. I hate getting things hemmed, but these are 100% worth it. While it is high rise, you can fold the band down and it's just as comfortable.

I would consider these straight leg, but they are almost borderline wide leg. I find them to be super flattering even on my petite frame. I find these to be true to size. They are also 30% off!

The outfit below is how I would style this for indoors or outdoors. It just screams cozy but elevated. At least to me. 😂 That's it for me! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

  1. The chocolate brown heather looks cozy and rich. It's pretty. It will be a nice neutral. The silhouette is good. I like the way you styled it too. I may give them a try.

Did You Know There Are Two Different Ugg Companies? Review - UGG Lowmel

So I was shocked when I learned a couple of months ago that there are actually two UGG brands. The original UGG since 1974 is the original Australian brand that are made from sheepskin. The other is an American company with the big G uses synthetic fabric and are made in China/Vietnam. Here are the two different logos.  The one the left with the big G in the middle is the company that's made in China/Vietnam. The one on the right is the original UGG since 1974. Each pair is made in Australia! I had no idea and feel so duped. I didn't learn this until after I bought the Lowmel's which are very popular at the moment. But I will order a pair from UGG since 1974 so I can support the original brand. Plus I really want to experience the real thing and I will report back my findings. 😅 That said, I still actually really like the Lowmels. UGG Lowmel Sand   Size Kids 4 I typically wear size 5.5 and I decided to try the kids size 4 which actually fit well, if just a smidge large...

First Impressions! On Cloudmonster Void

Happy Friday! I've been branching out into other brands for footwear. I mentioned in a previous post I just don't think my Allbirds are cutting it anymore. Allbirds are more of a casual walking shoe. Anything over 10K, my feet start to hurt. I have tried Hokas, and they seem to be decent so far, I can walk 12K steps a day and haven't had issues. However, I am loving the On Cloudmoster Void even more! For reference I typically wear size 5.5 in Allbirds which is my normal street size for sneakers and I am also wearing size 5.5 in On Cloudmonster Void. On CloudMonster Void Ivory | Wolf Size 5.5 (Currently on sale for 20% off -  $135) I'm not a huge fan of logos on my shoes. I decided on this colorway because I love the light gray and lilac combo and it does have a big On logo, but it blends in nicely with the colors. It still has a minimalistic vibe.  This shoe has a 6mm heel to toe shoe drop. This is a good height if you're a heel to toe striker which I am. This is...

Review! Coach Soft Empire Carryall 40 Merlot

I am super excited about this review! This has been the most anticipated Coach bag since The Rogue came out. At least for me. When I first saw this bag on the purseblog , my eyes widened and I was immediately obsessed. The Soft Empire Carryall comes in four sizes. Size 48 is ridiculously big, I cannot pull it off, but the 40? Perfect. Size 35 and 26 just doesn't give off the same wow factor. This bag is meant to be a statement piece and head turner. Kudos to Stewart Vevers for creating another hit that everyone will be obsessing over for a long time. I hear that more colors will be released soon, and I am hoping the distressed lived-in version will not be exclusive to size 48. In case it doesn't happen, I'll be using my Empire 40 as much as I can to give it a distressed look myself.  For reference I'm 4 feet 11 inches tall and please check out my video to see what fits! Coach Empire 40 Merlot This bag is huge, it's definitely the biggest bag in my collection. ...
