Wow, I don't even know where to begin! Was this the smallest, most uninspiring drop, ever? 😱 I didn't see that many new items and the ones I did see were so boring, I didn't bother to post about them. I mean, there can only be so many different shades of pink define jackets, you know? But here we are.... it does make me wonder if they are having some supply chain issues. At least my no-buy month is going great so far! 😆 I did find some very nice things from Banana Republic though. Some of the items remind me of the good old days from Anthropologie, like 15-20 years ago!
If anyone has any insight with what happened to today's drop, please let me know! I'm still waiting for a Plush Scuba but the chances of that happening seem to be slim to none.

(Linen is already back, but is it just me, or did the retail price go up? I'm almost 100% sure this is stock from last year. So bizarre!)

I was in Athleta last week and the linen shorts are now $75! Am I wrong in thinking they were $68 last year? I saw a beautiful vibrant blue color, but I won’t pay that price especially since it will be several months till I can wear them in my area.
ReplyDeleteOMG! Yes that's definitely an increase. I think you are right, they were $68 or $69 last year, which is already high IMO. Also last year's shorts were slightly rough on the inside of the waistband and didn't feel the most comfortable to me. The year before they used softer linen.
